Inez POV
Its been quiet lately. Nothing has really happened. No attacks, no rouges. Nothing. Which is good for us. Nikki's been doing okay, she's only 2 months in but Jason nor Eric will let her leave the house and its starting to piss her off. I check on her every now and then but she's so mad that I just try and stay away. I don't really blame her though. I was thinking about talking to her boys, to work something out so everybody could be happy.
"Mom?" Josh calls. I sit up and rub my eyes.
"Its to early for this." Theo whines. I look at the clock. 7:00. I'm am not a morning person what so ever but whatever. I swing my legs out of bed and stumble to Josh's room. I open the door and see him up with tears in his eyes.
"Whats wrong little one." I ask walking over to his bed and sitting down.
"I had a nightmare." he says. I pull him onto my lap and kiss the top of his head.
"Its okay, just a dream but not real." I say rocking him back and forth. "Your okay." he nods and I lay him back down. "Try and sleep a little longer." I say before leaving. I walk back to my room and plop back down into bed. Theo pulls me close and kisses my neck.
"Is he okay?" he asks.
"Yeah, just a bad dream." I say. He nods and continues to plant soft kisses all over my neck. "And it too early."
"Its never too early for this." he mumbles tugging at my shirt. "We haven't for such a long time."
"I know but I just can't." I say. Ever since the stuff with Luke I can't seem to have IT with Theo. Its really hard for him but I just can't. He groans and sits up.
"I understand that it was hard for you, finding out it was your brother but it was over 2 years ago." he says. I nod and sit up as well.
"How about tonight? I can get Nikki to watch after Josh." I say making him smile.
"Okay, that could work." he says leaning down and giving me a short kiss but a howl breaks it. We jump up and look out the window to see the whole Blood Star pack attacking us. We run down the stairs and outside. We shift and start to go after the smaller wolfs. Nicole and Jason and fighting Velkor as Eric goes after Rachel and Amber. I take out three wolfs before a gut wrenching cry catches my ear. I turn and see Nikki on the ground with blood pouring out of her stomach while Velkor is biting Jason's neck. I jump on Velkor's back and bite his neck, tearing out a large piece of skin. He crys in pain so Jason throws him off and snaps his neck.
"Shit! Baxter's dead!" Eric says. Baxter, our life long friend. Tears flow down my cheek but I rush to Nikki. Her stomach is more or less open with blood gushing out.
"We need to get her to the mansion!" Jason yells picking her up. We all run to the mansion while Eric gets Amy. We run to the hospital room in the basement and Amy starts to work on her.
"Jason, get everybody out. I need room." she says. He shakes his head but she takes his hand and calms him down. "She's gonna be okay, I promise but you have to leave." he nods and we all walk upstairs to the living room. Nobody says anything but we all know. The chances of her coming through with wounds like that are very, very small.

I might kill her off. I'm not sure. I have to kill somebody important off and I think she's the best choice.
Now you can kill me sis.
