Twenty two
SHE was in daze, still not processing what just happened.
The heavy tension was lifted once his chuckles interrupted, making her grasp back unto her reality.
They kissed.
" Taehyung, why are we here?" She asked, her fingers lingered at her lips as if feeling his plump ones.
There were silence for a moment, then his heavy sigh was heard.
" This place meant a lot to me, I mean, this place has no memories with my family or what's so ever, especially my dad. But I promised myself to build a house to reminisce the good memories I have in my childhood, even though it's not as many as a bunch. It's the only treasure I could keep."
She stared at him, what he said opened more opportunities for her to know him. He was the type of guy who don't hold grudges for a long time.
Taehyung was left by his father for another girl with her mother and yet, he still opened his heart for his father even if his father left them. He didn't hold hatred in his heart towards his father who cheated.
She remembered what Jungkook said, that the girl he loved, left him. For her sometime being befriend with him, she once didn't heard him cursing or calling the girl names, she didn't even saw him cry. Instead he drink his feelings away, making him such a sober, instead of blaming the people who left him, he blane himself for not being good enough.
Even though wha he said made her realize some things, thay still didn't answer her question.
" Your thinking too much." He looked at her.
He was indeed true, whenever she's with him, thousands of question make way to her mind, making her space out way too often. She asked too much of questions and yet, no conclusions at the end.
" Why are you spacing out too much?" He asked, his hands made way to touch the ever soft flowers beneath him.
" You still didn't answer my question." She said shortly after.
" This is just a runaway problem adventure. You seem too tense, so I thought that it's the best way for you to have some fresh air inside your lungs and clean your mind. Away from your problem for sometimes, cease your self first." He said with a heavy sigh at the end.
He was caring, too caring.
" But we should face our problem, not leave them." She said.
" I didn't said that we should leave our problem, I said that after you have a break from all those stuff in your mind, with an stronger you, we should face them, together." He said, earning a look from her.
She didn't know what to say, she was at awe at what he had said that it was stuck at her mind.
The wind was cold on so does their body. He noticed how her dazed form was shivering.
With one hand, he grabbed her hand towards him, making her lay on his arm as they were lying on the grassy field.
With the remaining warmth on his body, he hugged her cold form, making his warmth surround her.
Her cheeks began to heat, not knowing where it came from, was it from his heat? Or was it because of him?
His lips form a crooked smile, with a heat spreading to his face and a hint of pink on his cheeks.
