After his wound healed, he went outside to find Cinderkit talking with... Goldenpaw! "Hey! Not fair!" He shouted, running up to them.
"Hi Gingerkit," Mewed Goldenpaw.
"Yeah, hi Gingerkit!" Copied Cinderkit.
"Hi Goldenpaw," He meowed, ignoring Cinderkit on purpose.
"How are you Gingerkit?" Asked Goldenpaw.
"Great! Or I would be if Cinderkit had not scratched my ear off! Why do you bother with her? I'm much better!" Asked Gingerkit, still acting like Cinderkit was not sitting next to him.
"Hey!" Mewed Cinderkit, angrily.
"That's not very nice, Gingerkit," Mewed Goldenpaw sternly.
"But it's true!" Meowed Gingerkit.
"It is not!" argued Cinderkit.
"It is!" Taunted Gingerkit.
"It's not!" Meowed Cinderkit, bursting into tears.
"Now look what you've done!" Meowed Goldenpaw, angrily, while trying to comfort Cinderkit. Gingerkit mewed angrily before turning away. He headed to the Elders den, hoping to hear a story.
