Jeremys POV
Ever since I had born I had been blind. somedays it's ok. But other I feel like dying. I wish I could of been born deaf. You could have a hearing aid and boom! Hearing! But not for me. First day of junior year for me. It's been really hard getting ready for me and my dad. My mom left. My dad then had to take care of me full time... Sometimes I wish I could stay home and never leave.

I felt my body being slammed against a wall.

"P.. P. Please let me go." I said shaking.

"Or what?"

"Are you seriously bulling the new kid?! Leave him alone!" Someone yelled.

"He's calling for it! He can't even see!" A guy laughed.

I felt my body being let go and heard a loud crack.

Oh god. They hit me. Oh god I'm going to die.

"What the hell man!" A higher pitched voice yelled with a small lisp. Then I couldn't hear anything.

I backup on the wall covering my head shaking.

"Hey you ok?" A voice said.

This voice was calming.. It sounded nice.

I nodded slightly looking around for that voice.

"A. Are you blind?"

I shook my head still shaking.

"OK. Um.. Im right infront of you my arm is reached out."

I slowly reached my hand trying to find this persons hand. I suddenly felt a warm soft hand grip mine and slowly I stood up.

"T...t. thank you......"

"Michael. I'm Michael."

"Um have you seen a walking stick..?"

"Oh sorry. Um.. Here it is.  It's in arms reach."

I nodded and reached out and felt it.  Relief flooded me..

I smiled. "I'm jeremy. W.. Where did the other kids go...? I heard a crack and-"

"Oh they won't hurt you anymore. Let's say They will be haunted by my fist punching then forver." Michael said laughing.

That laugh was beautiful..

Wait what.

"Anyways Jeremy, I guess since your new I could sho-be your friend."

I smiled. A friend.
"OK. Michael.. Since your my friend now how can I picture you..?

"Well. Im really tall. Strong muscles and.."

"OK. I'm blind and I know that's not true.  Real description." I laughed
