Will you go to prom with me?

I was going to do it. I'm going to ask Michael to go to prom. I can do this. It's fine... Haven't seen him in a week. But its fine..

I took a deep breath and pulled out my phone finding Michael number
I called Michael but it went to voicemail

Hey this is michae- AND JEREMY -Yes.thats my Boyfriend. So Uh whoever is calling me I will call back if I know you. And I'm yeah! Stay chill!

I smiled at his voicemell. Then I heard the beep and took a deep. Breath

"Hey michael! I.. I have a surprise for you tomorrow I'll be at your place at 11am ok? I love you "

I hung up the phone and stood up. There was no going back now.

•••time skip to next day•••

I pulled out the nicest clothes I had. And put them on. This was a big day. I brushed my hair and grabbed the flowers then walked downstairs

"Hey dad im going to talk to Michael!"

I said as I started to walk out

"Ok! You can stay there as long as you need to, call me if you need anything" he called after me as I started walking outside and to where Micheal was.

Just like I knew, Michael was where I knew he would. Under a tree in his back yard

I walked to up to him tears escaping my eyes . I held flowers in my hand shaking

"This is and um yeah..im sorry I haven't been here in a week....and uh You are probably wondering why I.. having..uh have. these flowers...and um...ima just say it..ok here I go.. Will you go to prom with me?" I said walking closer to him.

I placed the flowers down on the gravestone that had his name on it. Tears streammed down my face and I sank to the ground crying gripping the gravestone

"You left me. "

"Yo-you left-left me to soon Michael ..."

"Pl-Please come back-back to me"

"Please come with me to prom with me."
