Felix's POV

"Felix?" a boy's voice called.

Someone...

someone's calling me.

I stopped there in the middle of hallway. I stared down and waited to see if this person would a approach me.

And he did.

Changbin did.

"Huh, getting a bit of exercise in?" he asked me.

I just kind of half smiled as I kept my head down and put my hands in my pocket but I didn't reply.

"So how are you on this nice day. It's actually sunny today."

"I honestly just want to go home." I chuckled to make like it didn't mean anything.

"Yeah, me too. At least I g-"

"Felix!" a voice called interrupting Changbin.

I'm needed once again?

It was a girlish voice this time.

Man, I must be really popular today.

"Felix..."

She came up to us.

With her flowing black hair... Mina?

Yay.

"Mina I'm kind of b-" I tried to say.

"Oh, t-this is Mina? You know what, I just remembered I have to go exist at the other end of the hallway. I'll see you later Felix." blurted Changbin.

When he turned around to leave, he banged into the lockers behind him. He let out an awkward laugh and proceeded down the hall.

Mina looked confused with the short boy but then shook her head, turning her focus to me.

I think my eyes were very attracted to the ground at the moment, if you know what I mean.

"Now it's my turn to talk."

She put her hand on my shoulder and I snuck a look at her.

"I'm sorry if I made you feel awkward back there. I just wasn't expecting the news."

She rubbed her hands together.

"Point is, I still want to be friends. I want to be there for you because I still care. Now that I know what's going on, yesterday's pains don't hurt as much. You can look up now."

I smiled and guided the two of us into a hug.

I don't know why I was so scared to tell her. I should've known she'd react like this. She's understanding.

My gosh, I'm so dramatic.

I let out a laugh of relief.
