Felix's POV

Long story short, my mom did not react well to the cut on my lip.

She thought I had gotten into a fight but that wasn't the case.

I got my wound in an act of heroism.

It's true.

I saved that Dongwoo guy from being punched by...

well, by Changbin.

Instead of him, I was the one hit by Mr. Diamond Fist.

But all is forgiven since he is my Changbinnie and he didn't hit me on purpose.

And besides, I'm a man. One punch isn't that bad.

It was Saturday morning and I had just woken up.

I covered my face with my blanket as soon as I saw the rising sun peeking through my window.

I had music playing from my phone all night and it was currently playing Almost is Never Enough by Ariana Grande.

I hummed unconsciously.

Once the song ended, I decided to get out of bed.

As I brushed my teeth, I thought about what I should do today because once again, coach canceled practice.

When I spit out the toothpaste, it came to me. The idea to go to Changbin's house came to me.

I finished getting ready and then headed out.

I couldn't tell him I was coming over because I didn't even have his phone number.

I guess it will be a surprise visit.

"Felix, hi, how are you?" greeted Mrs. Seo.

"I'm good." I responded.

"I'm guessing you're here to see Changbin?" she asked.

"Mhm."

"Changbin, Felix is here!" she shouted.

There was no response.

"He probably has his earbuds in. You can just head up to his room." she told me.

"Okay." I said stepping into the house.

I'm pretty sure this is my third time coming here.

I've only really been in the kitchen and Changbin's room but I like this place a lot. The brown theme gives it a cozy feeling.

I was at the top of the stairs and walked to Changbin's door.

I dusted my flannel off and knocked on the door.

I waited a bit but I didn't even hear footsteps heading towards the door.

I figured maybe he really does have his earbuds in.
