As I entered Maths class, I sensed something going on. Turns out my prediction was right- Jacob Evans and Ashley Jason are in my Maths class. I took a seat beside Emma, who just so happens to not be my best friend. We're not exactly friends, but we know each other well enough that I would talk to her. Back to the topic. Evans and Jason are the star couple in our school. Evans is the hottest, coolest, most popular guy in our year. He has messy blonde hair, bright blue gorgeous eyes, most importantly-he has huge biceps and abs. Jason is the head cheerleader and a meanie. So girly no one could stand it. She's a blonde, emerald eyes, perfect body. They are like the most perfect couple in the world.

As the bell rang, Mr. Steven comes in. I frowned. He's the horrible teacher who puts you into the worst seats on Earth. Last year he put me next to Justin, who is so annoying and blabbers nonsense all the way until the lesson ends, which is also why I got a B in my Maths last year.

"Now I have decided, I will be the one who arrange your seats. Starting from the left, Rachel and Kenneth, Emma and David, Charlotte and Alex, Ashley and Oliver, Hazel and Jacob..."Mr. Steven announced. What?! No way, no way I'll sit next to him. As soon as Mr. Steven finished announcing all the seats, I saw Ashley raising her hand. "Yes, Ms Jason." "Mr. Steven," she said with her puppy face,"I want to sit with Jacob." she finished and she glared at my seat, or rather, at me."I'm sorry but no," Mr. Steven said sternly. "These are your permanent seats for the year, students. Now settle with your things and we'll begin." I sighed. This is going to be a hard year.
