Walking through my hometown really brings back memories. Good and bad. Sweet and sour. All those memories just flow into my head. I smile as I walk around. I feel like I'm home. Waving at familiar faces. Walking through here really gives me mixed feelings. Sad, happy, upset, mad and joyful. This little town really did grow. I haven't been here in years. Here is where, my grandparents, my parents and I started our lives. Here is where it all began. And here is where it all ended, well for me at least.
Here in this wonderful little town, I met him.
Kim Namjoon
He changed my life completely. It's true when people say that people or a person can change your entire life. I walk over to my mother's house and knock on the door softly. She opens the door and smiles at me.
"My precious baby!" She hugs me tightly.
"Hi, Mother." I hug her just as tightly.
"Come in, come in! Where's your husband?" She welcomes me in.I step inside the house and smile at her.
"He'll be here in a few minutes. He went to buy some food. He's at old man Jack's market." I say.
"Oh, okay. Your Father is in the dining room. Oh and your brother is here! He came to visit. You came at the right time." She smiled.I nod. She walks me over to the dining room. My father sat at one end of the dining table and my brother beside him.
"Hello, Father." I greet him with a smile.
"Hi, sweetheart!" He stands up and hugs me.I hug back and my brother laughs. We look at him and he keeps laughing.
"What are you laughing at Harold?" My Mother asked.
"Just the last time Y/n came to visit she was 19 and now she's 22 and still a shorty!" He laughed.Yup, Harold always teased me for being short. But I never minded it since he's very caring and loving he just doesn't want to admit it. My mother smacks his arm and scolds him. Father just chuckled at the scene. I just smile. I really did miss them. My emotions get to me and I shed some tears.
"Harold, you made your sister cry!" My father yelled at him.
Harold eyes widen and get up quickly and hugs me close.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you cry!" He patted my back.
I wipe some tears and chuckle lightly.
"I'm not cry because of that.. it's just I missed you guys so much." I hug him and cry into his chest.
"You've always been such a crybaby." He laughs and kisses my forehead.
"Hey, that's not true!" I laugh and playfully smack his chest.
"Is to! Remember when their was a bug in your room and you started to cry! That was funny as hell. Your lucky you have such a strong, brave brother to take care of you!" He praises himself.
"Hey that bug could fly and it made weird noises!" I laugh.
"Yeah, yeah whatever crybaby!" He laughs as well.He goes back to where he was sitting and I sit next to my Mother who is beside my father, leaving a sit on my right for Namjoon. The doorbell rings and my mother stands up.
"I'll get it!" She walks over to the door.
"So, Y/n how's your marriage going?" My father asks.
"Very well! Namjoon is a sweetheart and loves to help around the house. He sometimes comes over at the pet clinic to help."
"I forgot your a veterinarian. And how's that going?" Harold asked.
"Great, I get to meet the cutest pets everyday!"They both chuckle, knowing how much I love animals. My family has always been to supportive of my goals. It brings joy to my life, always having people you love to support and be there for you. I'm glad to have such a supportive family and husband in my life. They're all I need to make me happy. My father looks up and stands.
"Welcome, Namjoon!" He said as he walked up to him.
"Hello, sir." Namjoon bows his head a bit.
"Namjoon I have told you before you may call me Father." My father said as he hugged Namjoon.
"Okay, Father." Namjoon smiles.Namjoon and my father have a really good relationship, they both care for each other very much. Namjoon, Father and Harold are protective over my mother and I. It's cute actually. Three tough looking men being softies when it comes to us two. Namjoon bows his head and sits by me. Takes my hand under the table and smiles down at me. I smile back and gladly hold his hand. Harold rolls his eyes at the scene. I stick my tongue at him playfully and he laughs.
"So, Namjoon how are you?" My Mother asked as she places a plate in front of Namjoon.
"Very good! Thanks for asking, Mother!" Namjoon smiles at her.
"Namjoon, how are you treating my baby sis? You do realize if you hurt her, I'll kill you right.." Harold saids as he takes a spoonful of food in his mouth, glaring at him.
"I'm treating just the way she deserves as my queen!" Namjoon smiles down at me and pecks my forehead.
"Honey, remember when we were younger." My Mother tells my father. He nods and holds her hand on the table, placing a small kiss on her hand. I smile. Mother and Father have always been the sweetest married couple I have ever met. They are so patient and caring towards each other even when they are mad at each other. One day I saw my parents arguing, next thing you know I found my father in his room praying out loud.
"Lord, please give me patience, I love her too much. I want to be able to cuddle her, but she's quite angry with me. Please let me cuddle her to death."
And my mother was in my brother's room.
"Why, is this handsome as hell man always drive me crazy! I love him so much! But he's diving me insane!"
I had videotaped both of them and showed it to them and they forgave each other. But they are simply the cutest. That reminds me of Joonie. Whenever I'm mad or upset he buys me stuff or makes me my favorite dishes or desserts. And loves to cuddle me to make sure I'm no longer mad. I giggle at the though. He looks over at me and smiles. His beautiful dimples appearing and I smile back.

My eyes close at the sudden flash, I look over and see my mother taking pictures of us.
"This is totally going in the photo album!" She waves the Polaroid at us.
"Mother!" I wine.
"It's alright." Joonie reassures.I sigh. Mother really does love taking pictures of Joonie and I. I don't mind sometimes, and Joonie just doesn't mind at all. He's very chill about it and even poses. He's very photogenic.
I smile at everyone especially at Namjoon. Completely happy that I came over. They all make happy. Every memory here is bright.
I'm so glad I came to visit my hometown.. good old memories.. good hometown glory of mine..
