I hug three little kids to my chest while a round of gunfire goes off. Two girls and a boy. Ages eight, five and two. They hold onto me tightly as I cover them from any potential danger. They cried in fear, I was trying my best to keep them calm. The eldest was trying her best to cover her younger brother's ears. I couldn't help but cry cause the fear in their eyes made me feel horrible. My partner's voice was heard yelling out for me as I hid in the kid's room.
"Hana! We need to get you out of here now! Where are you!" He yelled.
"Over here!" I yell back.
A face pops in front of the door and my eyes light up when I see Jungkook. His eyes widen when he sees the children in my arms. Another gunfire is heard and he ducks. He ducks as he walks in the room facing the door. His eyes never left the door as he walked back to me and the kids. The three of them peek up to look at Jungkook. I smile down at them.
"We are going to be okay. I promise."
My cheeks were stained with dry tears and I kept on crying.
"I need you to get up and start to head towards the next room as fast as you can until we can find a way out. We are dealing with JH here, he has back up, he isn't just an outlaw, he's also part of that notorious gang we've been investigating for months now. Joshua Hernandez is the father of these kids." Jungkook mentions.
I look down at the three little kids in my arms, how could such a cruel man have such sweet little kids. I needed to get them out of here as quick as possible. Knowing the information we have on Joshua and the new info we have on him being part of 'Viboras' a notorious gang, he's definitely going to have some of this fellow gang members here for back up. I pick them up in my arms and Jungkook covers me while I move quickly into the other room. Gunfire was heard throughout the whole house, the mother of the kids was yelling out like crazy. All I could do was cover their ears so they wouldn't hear. Jungkook calls in our back up outside and I hold the kids close together and shield them. Jungkook looks down at me and sighs.
"We need to get you out of here. I'm going to check the door, wait for me."
I reach out and tug on his pants. He looks back down at me confused. I shake my head and I notice the kids look up at Jungkook.
"Sir, please don't leave us." The five year old said.
He furrows his brow and a face of worry grew on his face. He was horribly worried and was trying his best to figure a way out without any harm coming to them. My eyes widen and I pull my gun out, shooting towards the door.
"Jungkook! The door!"
He turns swiftly and begins to shoot. He curses under his breath and shuts the door that now has bullet holes. He walks over to the window slowly and peeks out it.
"Hoseok! Help me get these kids out of here."
"We are heading towards the back, they are going to gather in the front. I heard they have a secret way out. Ask one of the kids. Jimin will meet up with you two." Hoseok says as he gets into position.
Jungkook's head turned to look at us so quickly I was scared he hurt his neck or his head would fly off. He swiftly comes over to us and he kneels
"Hey kids, where is the secret hideout?"
All three of them look at him confused, which caused him to sigh and pout. The little boy took my hand in his. Looking down at him, he pulls a necklace out of his pocket. The necklace has a small key hanging on it. He hands it to me and then the little girls nod to each other. The eldest begins to point towards the door.
