A man named Paul Babiak was interviewing business executives. Out of curiosity, he made all of them take the test for psychopathy. Shockingly, 1 out of every 25 candidates came back with extremely high levels of psychopathy, which is way above the national average. Some of the others who took the test were somewhere on the borderline. If you're wondering, an example of some of these questions were: "Answer Yes or No. 'I think most people are idiots,' or 'I think I am better than most people,' or 'I never feel guilt, it's always someone else's fault.' " Sadly, while many sociopaths seek fields in management, they are actually terrible managers.
