Third Person POV:
Sebastian lay in his bed, the one at campus of course. Ever since the accident, he hasn't gone back home. It's been 2 weeks. He's gone months without going back home. But, there's a feeling buried deep inside him that's boiling up, telling him that something's not right at home. And it's not just the fact that his Dad used him as his own personal punching bag whenever he stopped by. He didn't understand it and like everything else he ignored it.
That was when a knock came to his door. His first assumption was Wes. Maybe Nick. Any Warbler actually. He wasn't sure if any of them actually cared about them, but they talked to him, so that must mean something, right? He was just full of confusion. So much confusion. It pained him.
Sebastian reluctantly got up and walked over to the door, dragging his feet like weights. They seemed to get heavier by the day. He's gotten used to it by now. But as soon as he opened the door, everything changed. His eyes opened wide and surprised, but confused.
"Bar...what are you doing here?" Sebastian stuttered. Staring blankly at his twin.
"Thought I'd stop by to see my favorite brother." Barry smiled. Sebastian didn't know how to react. He was given more time after seeing the group behind his brother.
They just peered over Barry, looking at Sebastian with sympathetic smiles of sadness and hope. And in an instant, Sebastian knew what this was about. He knew what was going on within a millisecond. And he didn't want anything to do with it.
Sebastian immediately slammed the door shut. Turning around and laying himself against the back of the door. Hoping the weights of his feet and the weight of his burdens were strong enough to keep it closed. He could hear them trying to open the door, constantly fumbling with the knob. He doesn't remember locking it, but then again, he doesn't remember waking up this morning either. He must have done it as an instinct.
"Sebastian! Open the door!" He could hear Barry calling.
Sebastian just curled his leg into his chest. He furrowed his brow, stuffing his head into himself. He was screaming in his head. He didn't want this. Why did they have to bring Barry into this? Barry already had enough crap going on in his own life. It's been forever since he's seen Barry. He just got out of a coma. Or maybe that was months ago? Everything has just been happening to quickly and Sebastian's lost track of time and his own life. He doesn't even remember what's going on.
"Sebastian! Come on!" He could hear the McKinley kids yelling.
Oh yeah.
"Go away! I don't want to be apart of your cliché intervention!" Sebastian yelled. Calming down.
"Seb, we just want to help!" Barry called.
Sebastian closed his eyes, shaking his head.
"No, no, no, no, no..." Sebastian continued to mumble. But he stopped, because they had too. Sebastian didn't know what to think. Or assume. He just listened.
"Sebastian." Barry's voice was calm and soothing, "Please."
Sebastian knew he was going to regret it. He regrets a lot of things. But he silently hoped he was wrong this time, even if he was slowing loosing all faith and hope he had left. Sebastian got up, taking a deep breath and letting it out as he opened the door. He put on a fake blank expression as he rolled his eyes, opening the door more to let them all in. He just turned around, allowed them to walk and he sat on his bed. His body sinking into the side.
Barry sat beside Sebastian. Both of them playing with their hands and not looking at each other as the McKinley kids formed a semicircle around them. Barry was the first to speak.
"How long?" Barry asked.
"How long what? Which one?" Sebastian asked.
Barry sighed, "How long has he been doing it." Barry asked.
"As far back as I can remember. It just got worse when Mom got sick." Sebastian explained. Barry looked at Sebastian, and re-asked his question without saying a word. Sebastian sighed, "A couple months before I met you."
Barry sighed this time. So much sighing.
"Sebastian...that's been too long." Barry shook his head.
"Tell me about it." Sebastian mumbled.
"We have to do something about it." Rachel added on. The twin almost forgot they were there.
"No!" Sebastian was quick to respond, "You can't." He quieted down.
"Why not?" Finn asked.
"He has the choice of whether or not Mom should be on life support. If I tell someone, he'll take her off." Sebastian explained.
Everyone sighed, this wasn't going as planned. This was turning into a mess. Just a giant mess.
That was when the second knock appeared.
"Geez, how many people did you invite?" Sebastian joked.
Barry furrowed his brows, "No one else."
Finn reluctantly walked over to the door and opened it. That was when everything came crashing down.
"WHERE IS HE?! WHERE IS HE?! WHERE IS MY SON!?"
