A cold sweat formed on Kyungsoo's forehead. the thought never came to her mind that it would be him the whole time walking behind her.

she utters his name in a whisper, shocked to see the man she'd thought was gone standing in front of her.

"What are you doing here?" She quietly said.

His smile broadened into a grin as he quickened his steps towards her. As if he was waiting for her to notice him this whole time.

"I just want to make sure you get home safe" he said it like it was something very normal.

Kyungsoo's face start losing pigments, terrified at his answer. he left the restaurant thirty minutes ago.

'was he waiting for me all these time? Watching me from afar?' She thought.

She didn't know how to feel. Should she be happy that he was worried about her safety...or freaked out that he was secretly waiting for her to finish work and silently following her, the whole time behind her.

Unable to function from shock, she just stood there staring in shock at Chanyeol.

Chanyeol's grin slowly faded and he started to look concerned as he noticed her shocked expression.

Chanyeol wondered if he'd shocked her that badly or if there was some other reason Kyungsoo was so surprised.

"Uh! I mean can I walk you home? what if the girls would come back and kidnap you"

He blurted out and continued his sentence.

"You know... just until you get home safely! I promise" he added quickly, afraid his previous statements creeped her out.

seeing his actions and his weird words didn't match well together. He doesn't seem to have a bad intention towards her. But still it was not okay for Kyungsoo. She just met him twice after all.

Kyungsoo smiled as she met the troubled gaze of Chanyeol.

"it's okay I learned martial art years ago so don't worry, they wouldn't dare to mess with me"

she chuckled to lighten up the mood a little.

"besides it's my daily life to walk home at nights and I kinda used to it"

But Chanyeol didn't smile a bit, His concerned gaze ran over her face.

"It's still dangerous Kyungsoo, especially at nights. why don't i drive you home every night?"

He asked afraid that he chose the wrong words.

Kyungsoo's eyes nearly popped out from surprise. She was fighting with her mind whether to accept him to walk her home just for a night or not, and now he is asking to drive her back home for every single night.

That was not the best thing for Kyungsoo. The guy is nice and he tends to worry a lot.

But he behaves as if he knew Kyungsoo for ages and that's what makes her worried.

She gave an unsure smile and looked down at her feet.

She was having a hard time. She didn't know how to respond or what was the right answer.

She looked up at him and met his yet concerned face.

"....okay, but just for tonight " she said.

He looked down at her as his face lightened up and his mouth let out a happy sound, It was not a laugh but merely a loud smile,

But before they start walking, he brought out something from his pocket, with a large grin splitting his face.
