Kyungsoo instinctively pushed down the lock as she closed the taxi door, and she leaned back and tried to figure out what had just happened. Everything's a blur, she thought.

Auntie called her and said that she's about to start preparing dinner for them and requested to come over soon since Kyungsoo was home early.

But what was surprising was when kyungsoo got the call while she was coming back from decorating a kindergarten with the whole staff, and what made that middle aged woman be so surprised at her reply and confused for thinking that she was home, was the bright flickering light of the television filling the dark of the living room in Kyungsoo's worn out hunted house?

Lol nah..

But wasn't the tv remote missing? And no one's home...

Despite all that Kyungsoo made up some excuse and didn't let aunty go to do a quick check in her house, afraid that for some reason someone might be there and might hurt that poor slim woman.

'Everything happened so fast. What in God's name went wrong'

She can't go home right now, She's shaking with fear. Afraid those flickering lights won't be accidental and might actually meet with the owner of them. the unknown calls and messages.  The tapping sounds on her kitchen window. The feeling of someone watching her. The missing remote.

She wouldn't be able to go back to where people call it home. To get to sleep. To rest and to feel comfortable. After it's been such a long tiring day-a happy day, in part, because She met such a man. Manager xiumin showed some cold kindness? Slightly considerate?

He seemed genuinely concerned about Kyungsoo when he found how flirtatious smart men surrounding her. As if he was reading their mind. Yes, some of his questions were annoying, but he was sincere when he interfered one of his coworkers personal life, which it was not so necessary between a manager and his working partner.

Like has she ever thought about why was it so fast to hang out with big names guys and appeared in her life so easily like a flashlight? Wasn't she suspicious of their friendly innocent smiles? Or that why were they so intrested in someone like her? A simple coworker. Which she never had any clue about these questions. The questions seemed unnecessary and practically was rude but for him it was another side story.

Okay the last one took Kyungsoo off guard. But she could understand that he was asking those questions because he wanted to help her. At least to figure out the incident in his office and the thief of her personal profile. He corrected himself and told Kyungsoo not to misunderstand him and he was in no place to blame anyone without noticing something wrong first. He may be strict, intimidated and bossy, but also He's a thoughtful man, a gentleman, and a real man.

'That's an interesting side of him. Like does he know something?'

He's a man Kyungsoo would like to get to know better, a man she could spend the rest of her life with. Like someone to learn from.

But what a dreadful episode in his office. What a surprise, what a fright shock. How did he find her wondering in his office late after midnight clock? when in reality she was outside the building searching for a cab? He was so persistent, and she was so frightened. And what a horrible ending to supper.
