I want to climb mountains

only thing is that where I live

there aren't even hills.

I want to be among the stars

unfortunately, in my universe

the only star is our sun.

I want to sing my heart out,

but I don't have a voice to

even introduce myself.

I want to run marathons at the Olympics,

but my legs are paralyzed.

I want to laugh,

but I'm not even capable of a smile.

I want to see the vibrancy,

but my world is mundane.

I want to live,

but my soul is not even alive.
