I guess I'm dying

I kept getting messages from Flynn. I walked as fast as I could to the closest place I could remember he took me while we were sneaking out of the school. I decided to send him a text so he could come and pick me up.

Me: Flynn, I'm at the first fence you brought me to.

Flynn: Got ya

It only takes a matter of seconds till Flynn comes to get me. He's always on time, that's one of the things I like most about him.

"Zoe!" I jump and look behind startled just to realize that it was Flynn.

"Hey! You scared the hell out of me, did you have to be so loud?" I chuckle holding the left side of my chest with both hands.

"Well how else would I catch you're attention?" He laughs a little and winks at me. "Now, come with me little one." He pulls off a little bit of a medieval accent and grabs my hand making me follow his direction, a direction which seemed very unfamiliar.

"Where are we going? Isn't the car that way?" I stop him by holding his arm, and look at him with great confusion.

"Just follow me." I look at him mortified, this time I'm sure I'm going to get kidnapped. "And don't you worry your pretty little head." He taps the top of my head and smiles.

He takes me the opposite direction of where we had gone the last time, and this time it's a little bit far. The good thing is that we didn't end up near bushes, thorns, streams, or any creepy plant filled places. It was just pathways with pretty flowers on the side.

"I'm tired Flynn." I whine.

"Relax Zo, we'll be there in no time." He slightly pinches on my cheek.

"Are you sure you're headed to the right direction? Not going the wrong way? I've never seen this place before Flynn." I start to look around thinking if I should go back and retrace our steps or trust one of my best friends. It's fine, I guess I'm dying.

"Neither did you see the place we went to last time, and look where we ended up, I took you to your favorite artists gallery. Now just trust me and hush." We continue walking.

"Where's Sophie?" I concern.

"She's where I'm taking you to."

"You took her all the way here and came back for me?" I look at him with admiration.

"Yes creepy eyes. Now let's go." He chuckles while I slightly punch his arm at his comment.

"Okay so we're going to sprint now." What did he just say?

"Sprint? Why? Why do we have to sprint?" I stare at him anxiously.

"Yes. Now on the count of three...."

"What?"

"One..."

"Oh okay we're actually doing this."

"Two." I prepare myself to run, once again, since that's basically what I've been doing all day.

"Three!" We sprint, I let him lead since he knows where he's taking us.

We pass through a rocky area, I could see very blue scenery ahead of us it was very large and very blue, nothing else but that one color.
I'm getting tired, but once Flynn begins to slow down, I think we've finally reached our destination. He walks slower, and I follow him. My mouth slowly begins to drop at what I was seeing. It was definitely something I wasn't ever expecting to see while being here. And it wasn't as far as I expected it would.

"Wow." I'm astonished.

"What do you think?" He smirks at me waiting for a response.

"It's beautiful."
