I give Blake a look. And tears start filling my eyes. And I cry in Blake's chest. Jacob walks over to me and hugs me.
I don't think Ive cried so much in my life. I pull away from Jacob and look at Blake.
"Where is he?!" I yell
"He's at the hospital." Blake says
I look at him confused.
"He was on his way to surprise you. He's at the hospital by the park." Blake says
I run out of my house and straight to my car. I speed to the hospital. And go to the front desk.
"Hi how may I help yo-" says the front desk lady.
"Joseph birlem." I say out of breath
"Room 314" she says
I race to his room, to see him asleep with a nurse beside him with her clipboard :

I run over to him.
"What Happened?!" I say
The nurse shushed me.
"Are you related to him or have any sort of-" she says before i cut her off
"Uh- I'm his girlfriend." I say
She pulls me outside of the room.
"Joseph, he is in coma." She says
"What?!" I say
I couldn't control it. I started crying.
"In the crash, he hit his head too hard." She says
"How long?" I ask
"We're not sure Ma'am." She says
"Will he remember me?" I ask
I only asked that because in the movies, when people get in car accidents they could have memory loss.
"Yes, ma'am. He should remember everything." She says.
I nod. The nurse walks away. I go back in the room and sit on the chair next to him.
I grab his hand and intertwine my fingers with his. I rest my head in the bed. Why? Why him?
I look up to see his face and smile when little memories flood back :
"Did you take a picture of me?" Joey's asks with ice cream in his mouth.
"So what if I did?" I smirk
Joey then grabs his spoon and takes a big scoop of my ice cream out of my bowl.
"Joey!" I yell
Once Joey catches up to me outside, he stands there watching me while I eat his ice cream. He runs back inside, i would go with him but this ice cream....
