twenty two

"Joey...i-" I say before I was interrupted.

"No, j-just." Joey's hands cover his face.

I try stepping closer to him but he steps back.

"Joey, 6 months without you, sucked. What was I supposed to do?!" I yell

"Wait! You were supposed to wait! I'd wait years, just to be with you." His eyes started getting red, and filling with tears.

I go up to Joey and hug him even when he's trying to pull away. I hug him tightly and he ends up hugging me back. "I won't let him take you from me" he whispers

I stay silent. I let go and I ask him to take me home, he agreed. We both got in the car. Bandit was sleeping on my seat, I pick him up and set him on my lap.

When we arrived to my house, me and Joey grabbed the dog furniture, and the dog food. We walked to the front door, and open it. I then see jacob. On the couch.

We set the dog stuff of the ground. When Jacob noticed we were here, he stands up and looks at us.

"A puppy?" Jacob asks

I look at Joey then back at Jacob.

"Yeah, his name is bandit." I smile

"Oh." He says

Jacob walks over to me and pets bandit. Bandit, likes him.

Joey walks over to us and hugs me goodbye. I hug him back, but tighter.

Jacob gets up and gives Joey a angry look.

"Come on, I'll walk you out." Jacob says annoyed.

Joey rolls his eyes, before he leaves he whispers in my ear "Text me."

I laugh.

Jacobs POV
I walk Joey to the door and stop him.

"I don't know what you think your doing, or what your trying to do, but y/n's mine." I say

He looks at me.

"Not for long" he says

He walks away.

I take bandit to my room and set him on my bed. I go back to the living room and grab his stuff and go-to my room.

I put his cute dog bed next to my bed and his water and dog bowl in the kitchen :

Bandit immediately falls back asleep.
