Heroes - Gates of Heaven
The Gates of Heaven opened
in the hearts of those with minds
hungry to learn of new life.
When the old man died they met
and rallied under the flag
of freedom and liberty.
Little did they know that closed
hearts and narrow minds could not
accept such changes to life.
As they knew it, it was for
them to rule and grow fatter
on the sweat of the poorest.
The territorialised
materialists spend our
future with impunity.
No matter that the Gates of
Heaven are now closed to all
who bathe in mammon’s dark blood.
The true Gate of Heaven lays
between a woman’s legs and
and that rapture is blessed.
Making love and living in
love denies the greedy their
pound of flesh and thirty coins.
