The 8th Deadly Sin

How a Sin Settles In

With Schola now as the new 8th deadly sin she needed to be approved by the King, and to be trained by the others. Wrath presented her as she was found to King Lucifer VI. To a peasant like her meeting a King face to face was nearly unheard of to anyone. The King being who he was asked her to come closer.

Truth came forth even closer and had many knight in the hall, who weren't the sins, on edge. Lucifer signaled them to let their guard down and stared her straight in the eyes. He then looked at Wrath who was kneeling to him and asked "this child, is she truly his replacement?"

Wrath looked up at him and said "this is Truth, this is Pride's replacement, and this is our newest recruit." King Lucifer smiled maliciously and responded "well then train her until she is the perfect replacement for that traitor."

Wrath walked up to Truth, and grabbed her hand. He then led her to their hideout inside the castle. He pointed at a room with multiple beds and told her "that is the girls room so you, Lust, and Envy are in that room." Then pointing across the hall said " and that is the guys room so you can find me and the other guys there."

Wrath then again pointed at another room and told her "meet me in there, after you see Lust in your room, she's going to give you some new clothes, and get you out of those tattered robes." Truth nodded and said "yes sir." She went into the girls room and saw Lust and Envy talking.

She saw a clean bed in the corner in the room and laid her staff down on the bed. She waited, sitting on the bed, for Lust to get done with her conversation. Lust stood up and walked up to Truth.

She started talking to her saying "so sweetie, I've been told that I need to find you a new outfit." Truth nodded and said "yes Miss Lust, Sir Wrath told me that you would find me some new clothes." Lust started laughing and said "you don't have to be so formal sweetie just call me Lust, but if you really want to you can call me Big Sis." Truth smiled and responded "okay Big Sis Lust."

Lust took her over to a mirror on the other side of the room. She stated "this is a magic item, meaning it can only do one thing, but it can use magic that us humans can't." Lust put Truth directly in front of the mirror, and touched it to activate it.

Truth saw different clothes on her in the mirror, but it was just a clean and unruined version of her original clothes. Lust explained how it worked "It will trade the clothes you have on now for clothes that your thinking about in the mirror, and once you touch the mirror to turn it off those will be the clothes you are wearing. Oh, and keep the flag colors in mind for the out fit, that means yellow, red, and black are the only colors you can use."

As both Envy and Lust put their armors on. Envy's looked like some sort of thieves outfit. While Lust's looked like it was just covering the legs, arms, and what was in between, leaving her stomach and some cleavage exposed.

So truth looked at the mirror and chose to have a female mage's outfit with belts around a witch hat, her arms, legs, and her robe dress. All following the color rule. Then Lust pulled out a pendent with a black horn as it's symbol. Truth asked why it was a horn and Lust's answer was "It was said that King Lucifer I had a battle with Satan himself and after the battle, neither the King nor Satan was ever seen again, but from their battle grounds their was only one thing remaining and that was one of Satan's horns."
