For the Love of a King (Thranduil love story)

Wedding

A month later after the battle we made preperations for the wedding.  Then it became the day in the mirkwood that it was finally happening. I was so nervous but Bilbo was here and everyone I loved was here and Tauriel was helping me get ready. (External Link)

"My lady you look truly beautiful." She said and I blushed.

'Thank you Tauriel, I'm so nervous. I've been waiting for this day since my memories returned." I replied.

"I understand my lady, I feel that way with Kili, I understand that he's a dwarf but we love each other and we won't let anyone get in our way. Don't let my lord know." 

"I understand Tauriel, you love who you love." 

"There ready for you my lady." A servant walked in and said.

"Oh okay where's Bilbo?" I asked.

"I'm here." He said running into the chamber. I hugged him quickly. 

"I'm so happy you're here!"  

"I'm happy too now come on we can't delay." 

"Alright. I'm ready now." I said and we walked out. I was led down the hall towards Thranduil and I was so nervous. We were going to be bound. I felt like I would fall and take Bilbo with me. But I didn't fall and I felt Thranduil's hands intertwine with mine. Lord Elrond came in from Rivendell to officiate the bonding.

"You look beautiful." Thranduil said and I smiled slightly blushing.

"Friends, loved ones were are here to witness the bonding of Barawen and Thranduil. They have come here with the grace of the valar. May I see the rings?" Elrond asked and we handed them to him. "These rings represent the undynig love you carry for each other. Keep them close as you will each other. With the exchanging of the rings you are forever bound." I kissed Thranduil passionately. We were finally bound. After all this time and finally finding him again we were bound. We had a feast after the ceremony and when that was done we went into our now shared chambers. I put on a simple nightdress and went out onto our Balcony seeing the starlight. I suddenly felt arms wrap around my waist.

"You look truly beautiful in the starlight my love." Thranduil whispered into my ear and I smiled.

"Thank you my love. I'm glad we're finally bound." I replied and started to kiss him gently and then he roughened it up a bit. He picked me up with no struggle and carried me to the bed.  I was lying back and I smiled a blush coming up towards my pale cheeks. 

"I've waited for you for so long." Thranduil said and I smiled. We shed layers if clothing and then finally he took me. This sealed our bond. We were one forever. 

"I love you to the stars and beyond Thranduil my love." I said my head resting on his chest.

"As I love you Barawen, I'll never lose you again." He replied and I smiled tracing the shapes of his abs.

"We are together bound as one forever." I said kissing his chest. 

"Together as one forever." He replied intertwining his fingers with my free hand. I fell asleep quickly. I was finally bound to the Eldar that I love.  I was finally with him after all this time of seperation. We were one once again and we would never be torn apart by the strife of war ever again.
