Uncomfortable in my own skin
Putting on a facade to fit in.
The world is surrounding me,
Crowding me; I can't breathe.
Unsure of who I am or can be,
Hiding so many feelings inside me,
It's hurting me,
Killing me; I can't breathe.
Looking for the real me and where I fit in society
It's stressing me,
Pressing me; I can't breathe.
You see I can't breathe,
I can't see,
I can't be me,
It's me against my perceived reality.
