I winced as the maid flung the drapes open, causing the light to pour in. She nonchalantly brought me breakfast in bed. Well they surely treat you kinda well here. Still don't claim to stay though.

When the maid left I took some small bites from the food. I wasn't feeling very hungry. I placed the tray on the end table before sliding off the queen. I glanced out the window, it seemed like the trees swallowed this place up. The forest can be a vast place.

I heard footsteps behind me as I abruptly turned around. "Calm down, it's only me." I scoffed, yeah only you. The guy that kidnapped me and locked me up for dead.

His expression darkened as he growled under his breath. "I'd appreciate if you at least tried to keep your thoughts to yourself a little better." I had no objections to that. He nodded and made his way to a couch.

He slightly sighed as he sat down. "Come here." Glaring at him, I accosted towards the man. "Why are you keeping me here!? Why can't I just go home!?" He tilted his head and gave me a blank expression before repeating himself.

"I said come here." I stood my ground, as if I would. His glare started to burn through me, "I don't appreciate having to repeat myself twice." "And I don't care, I want to leave." I shot back.

He tightly gripped the arm rests, puncturing the raven fabric before abruptly grabbing my arm. Catching me by surprise I fearfully yelped from the stimulating pain that was rushing through my arm. His glare deepened as he squeezed it more firmly.

"I'll show you what happens when pretty little girls like you don't listen!" He dragged me to the basement, chaining me to a cement wall. Great, this place again. "If you won't obey my orders, then rot in this cell." He stormed off, locking the metal door behind him.

My head fell in defeat, I hate this place. Tears started to pour down my pink cheeks.

I just want to go home.
