Barry spun Iris as they danced along to the song Mercedes was singing.
Iris laughed. Cisco and Caitlin stood next to the stage entrance watching them.
As Mercedes finished her song then began to speak.
"Alright everyone," she said, breathing heavily. "So, when I was in high school I was in our Glee Club. And some of my friends from McKinley are here today so I'm going to just go get my favourite White Boy."
She hurried over to the side stage entrance, grabbed a boy's wrist and pulled him out onto the stage.
"People of Central City, i give you Kurt Hummel!" cried Mercedes.
The boy smiled slightly then bowed.
"You know Kurt," said Mercedes. "I think my favourite song with you was the one we did with the Cheerios."
Kurt took the microphone a stage hand was giving him and laughed. "Mercedes, I don't think these people want to hear that song. They came to hear you sing. Not me."
"What about you Central City?" said Mercedes. "Do you want here Kurt and me together?"
The crowd screamed confirmation.
"What do you say Kurt?" Mercedes grinned. "There's only four minutes..."
Kurt dug around in his pocket before pulling his phone out and handing it to the stagehand.
Mercedes grinned. "Alright Central City! Give it up for Kurt Hummel!"
The song blasted through the speakers. It sounded like it came from a marching band.
Then Mercedes started to sing.
M:Hey uh come on Kurt Hummel take it
K: Come on girl
I've been waiting for somebody
To pick up my stroll, uh
M: Well don't waste time
Give me the sign
Tell me how you wanna roll
K: I want somebody to speed it up for me
Then take it down slow
There's enough room for both
M: Well, I can handle that

M: We only got 4 minutes to save the world
K: No hesitating
M: Grab a boy
