Chapter 5

Cisco opened the breach and he and Barry jumped through. They came out in Kara Danvers' loft.

"Barry! Cisco!" Kara jumped up from her sofa and rushed forward to hug them. "What are you doing here? Do you need help?"

"No," said Barry. "We were going to ask you if you wanted to meet some old friends... Marley."

Kara jumped back, squinted her eyes at them and frowned. "How do you know that name?"

"Apparently we meet in high school," said Barry. "An experiment gone wrong left you on Earth 1 for two years?"

"Yes, there was an experiment gone wrong, where I ended up in some weird new dimension," said Kara. "But I have never met a Barry Allen before you 'saved' me from going splat."

"Well that would be because in high school I went by the name Sebastian," said Barry, tentatively. "Sebastian Smythe."

"Smythe!" cried Kara. "You're Sebastian Smythe?!

"Come over to Earth 1 and we can explain everything," Barry said quickly, hoping to avoid a few broken bones. "I promise. Besides. There are a few people visiting Central City that you might like to see."

"Fine," Kara sighed. "Just let me get a few things and call Alex to tell her. But you are going to explain this!"

"I will," said Barry. "I promise."

Kara ran around her apartment quickly then stood next to them as Cisco opened up another breach and they jumped through.

"So you are Sebastian Smythe," said Kara, pacing in front of Team Flash. "But at the same time Sebastian Smythe does not physically exist?"

"Yeah," said Cisco. "That's the gist of it."

"Ok," said Kara, finally stopping. "Ok. I think I get it."

"Good," said Barry standing up. "Because, some friends are meeting us at Jitters in two minutes. You want to race?"

"Yes!" said Kara. "We haven't had a race in ages!"

"3, 2, 1. Go!"

Barry zoomed off, and Kara flew up after him.

Both Barry and Kara stopped in an alleyway behind Jitters.

"Hey, I have a question," said Kara. "When was the last time you became Sebastian? And does Sebastian know about you..."

"He came out yesterday," said Barry. "When Kurt, Rachel, Mercedes and Artie asked me too many questions at once. And Iris explained to him last night. Oh, you should know. Music Meister? He is Blaine Anderson but no one knows that he is the Music Meister. Does that make sense?"

"Yeah," said Kara, smiling excitedly. "I can't wait to see them!"

"How are you going to explain the name change?" Barry asked, pushing open the door.

"Oh. I don't know."

"You could say that Kara Danvers is your birth name," Barry said suddenly. "And that you were adopted by Millie Rose when you were a child."

"Yeah!"

They got in line and each ordered a flash then looked around for a table.

"Barry!"

In the far corner, surrounding a table, several people sat. Blaine Anderson, Kurt Hummel, Elizabeth, Rachel Berry, Jesse St. James, Mercedes Jones, Artie Abrams and several other new people.
