TWENTY-SIX

Jiyong's POV

We arrived in Jeju at around 10 in the morning. The sun was perfectly giving its rays, just right for the photo shoot.

It was only Dara and I who travelled. My twin assistants stayed in my office to take care of other things since this photo shoot won't require creating proper lighting and other stuff. I only needed to have my camera and a few lenses with me.

For Dara not to be bored while I do what I have to, I gifted her with a basic camera that she can use in taking her own photos.

Before we headed to Jeolmul Recreation Forest, we decided to fill ourselves up with early lunch so we won't feel hungry while working. We've just started our meal when we've heard a little commotion at the entrance of the food place. My eyebrows furrowed when I saw who's causing it.

"Seungri?" I murmured.

Dara also looked towards where my eyes were focused. "Is that Chaerin?"

"Youngbae? And Dae?"

"How come even SeungHyun and Bom are here, too?" Dara sounded astonished.

"Hey, look! Dara and Jiyong." Seungri stated after looking at our direction.

He headed our direction with a huge smile on his face. The others following behind.

"Stop acting surprised, Seungri. What are you guys doing here?"

Seungri  frowned after hearing what I said. "Was my acting that obvious?"

Dara chuckled. 

"We thought you won't mind. We haven't gotten out on a trip together for so long." SeungHyun answered my question. 

"I'm sure Jiyong won't mind. I think he's just thinking of all your schedules that's why he didn't invite you. Right, Ji?" Dara faced my direction, smiling with her eyes. 

It took a few seconds for me to divert my stare away from her. 

"Yah! Dara's asking you something." Bom reacted when they didn't hear any response from me. 

"Huh? Of course. I love to hang out with all of you. This way, this trip won't feel like work. I just hope my Manager won't reprimand me for slacking off." I said, looking at Seungri's direction, relaying the sarcasm. 

Seungri grinned. "Got your back covered from your boss." He joked. 

"Let's all have our meal then head out to have some fun. I'm excited." Dara said enthusiastically. 

We took a few more seats and enjoyed our food while having a few chitchat. We headed out after filling our tummies and drove straight to where I had to take photos.

'When can I feel or see your presence?' I was trying to watch the surrounding while also trying to focus myself in taking photos I needed for work.  

Since I got a necklace that holds a spell from Grandpa Gyu, I tried to feel the presence that's trying to frighten the hell out of Dara. I needed to find out what that thing's purpose is in doing such thing to someone as fragile looking as her.

"I heard from Grandpa Gyu about what you asked him to do for you." 

I literally jumped from my place from being startled. "God! How did you get beside me?" I asked, holding my chest. 

"You were too busy watching your surrounding. It's too obvious not to notice." Bom chuckled. 

"Don't do that again." I told her.
