Chapter 4

It had been 2 days since Todoroki last saw Midoriya. Everyone was shocked to learn that he as working for the League of Villains, All Might especially. Todoroki was shaken, it had felt as if his whole image of Midoriya came crashing to the ground in a matter of seconds.

A tap on his shoulders broke into his train of thought. He turned around to see Aizawa-Sensei. His scruffy face was tired but somewhat pleased. He held his phone to show a map with a red dot on it.

"We've found Midoriya's location, we were able to get to by tracking down his phone," He said "It looks as if he is taking refuge on a factory building near the train station"

Todoroki was enlightened, they found Midoriya! Todoroki wanted to ask him so many questions. So many, until reality hit him. What if he was in the League? If so how would he handle the truth?

Aizawa looked at him, he sighed. "I know you want to see Midoriya and that's why I came. Come to the office with me please" he said.

Todoroki nodded and walked with him to the office. Once they got their Aizawa opened the door for him. All the pro heroes working at the school were crammed inside. All Might stood in the middle next to the Principal. The air seemed heavy and thick with tension. Todoroki looked at his surroundings a bit more. "What's going on," he asked?

"Ah, Todoroki my boy please take a seat," All Might said politely. Todoroki obeyed and sat down on the couch that he sat in before.

All Might looked down at the Principal, the Principal looked up and nodded. All Might then looked back at Todoroki.

"Todoroki we wanted to ask a favor of you, it may seem rational but its the best we've come up with" All Might implored, "We want you to go to Midoriya and pretend to be on his side. Gather information and report back to us. I know this is an extreme request but this is the only way we can make sure that Midoriya has actually switched to being a Villain"

Todoroki looked shocked. They trusted him with such a heavy task, could he handle it? "Why me? How about a really pro hero? I mean Midoriya didn't hesitate to even punch me! How could he trust me?" Todoroki stuttered.

"We re-watched a videotape taken from one of our security cameras" Aizawa mumbled. "You had your eyes closed so you didn't really see what happened"

He pivoted to grab his phone and held it up to Todoroki's face. A video of him against a pole while he saw Midoriya ready to punch him. His fist was in the air, but then he paused and looked at Todoroki. It took a few seconds of that before Uraraka came and stopped him. The video ended. Aizawa put his phone back in his pocket.

Aizawa looked back a Todoroki. "As you can see he hesitated. You saw that doubtful look in his eyes, there still might be a part of him that has some good in him"

All Might spoke up "We chose you because the League of Villains won't be so trusting of a Hero to sneak in and be their friend" "We also contacted your parents, they said it was ok as long as you're able to keep cover"

Todoroki looked at All Might, he was convinced "I'll do it"
