I woke up startled. The car was moving again. The only difference was that there were three figures instead of two. When my eyes finally adjusted, I placed the figures with names.

The driver was Rykar, the sleeping body next to Rykar was Odin, and that left only Jayden, the one sleeping next to me.

I was so furious with Jayden for punching me in the mouth again that I quietly (with all my might though) snuck over to Jayden and socked him in the face.

The car swerved to the right and stopped immediately. Rykar jumped out of the car right along with Odin. Strong hands (Jayden's) held my wrists tightly behind my back.

Rykar threw open the door and grabbed me by the hair. As Rykar yanked me out of the car, Jayden's hands faltered. They took me a couple of feet away from the car and then Rykar let go. I was starting to relax when Rykar slapped me in the face.

"Why did you do that?" Jayden yelled at Rykar.

"I need to teach her a lesson about hitting and punching!"

Rykar yelled back at Jayden. I could see Odin standing on the sidelines, doing nothing but watch.

"Why should you care if she hits me? It's your fault she did."

You could tell Jayden was getting extremely upset now. He let go of my wrists and grabbed my hand. Now Odin was interested.

As I watched Rykar, I noticed something, I look nothing like him except the hair color; a blondish white color. Jayden had a blondish hair color but Odin had a brown hair color.

"What are you doing, brother? You want to get us killed?" Odin yelled angrily.

"Jayden, Jayden, Jayden. You should really listen to your brother. That's why I hired both of you. You're the strong one, and Odin's the smart one."

Rykar said sweetly, yet intelligently. Jayden wrapped his other arm around me.

"I don't care if you kill me anymore. I love her and I will not let you harm her."

He looked down at me and smiled. Odin stood there, grimacing.

"You don't have to die for her, Jayden. I can help you find someone much better."

Rykar stepped forward. Jayden let go of my waist and started to run. I was running with him because I had no choice.

He was still holding my hand. When we finally stopped running, I slapped him.

"What was that for? I just saved your life!" He sounded surprised. Good. He should be.

"That was for not saving my life sooner." I yelled.

He looked at me for a couple of seconds and then turned around and started walking the direction we had been running.
