First of all, thank your for 1k reads!! I've gotten over 1k on a few of my books, and it's crazy!! Thank you guys so much ❤️

Warning: The part that will make you cry IS NOT REAL. I cried a lot while writing this, so be prepared

The craziness of May is finally over. The most stressful month ever. Grayson and I haven't talked since that day where I made a huge mistake. Over a month without his kisses and dorkiness... I hate it. He doesn't even talk to me during practice.

Leah talks about her and Luke's latest date to... I forgot. I've not been paying attention at all. I'm gonna be a junior, and I have only been background characters at theater. I gotta practice and practice and practice my ass off for when they give us the scripts. They're making us do the story of Pandora's Box, and I'm hoping to be Pandora or Hope, the main 'spirit'.

She interrupts my thoughts by yelling, "Hey Grayson!"

I look up from the pavement and see the handsome boy that I've missed dearly. He waves to Leah, jogs up to her, and starts talking about Luke saying this and him saying that.

Not wanting for Grayson to randomly get mad at me (which has happened in the past, like when I talked about my mom doing a cart wheel when she was a teenager and breaking her arm), I decide to continue on walking and step into mine and Hanna's apartment.

"Where are you, Hanna?" I yell, and she bursts out from her bedroom, tackling me in a hug.

"It's gonna be okay! Just don't cry, it's gonna be okay...!" She yells.

   "Um, whats gonna be okay?"

   "You didn't hear?" She whispers.

I slowly shake my head. She takes a deep breath and puts her hands on the sides of my head.

"Grayson was seen kissing another girl."

It's as if my tongue shattered along with my heart, because I can't speak. Her words dance through my head.

Grayson was seen kissing another girl.

Then Hanna bursts into a smile. "June fools!"

I had completely forgot about our little tradition. The day before we can go home, we pull a prank on each other. Whoever gets pranked first has to give $50 to the pranker.

"I hate you! You scared me, little bitch."

She sticks her tongue out at me. "Give me my money!"

I roll my eyes. "I'm getting my paycheck on Tuesday. You'll get your money then."

"Whoop!" She yells and I laugh.

Hanna hands me a slice of pizza and we sit on the couch. I fall asleep in the middle of Spongebob, hating the show that Hanna still adores. I much rather watch my favorite show from childhood, Big Time Rush. From 13 through 17 years old, I was so obsessed.

I wake up from a knock at the door. I can tell I've only slept a few minutes, the sun still slowly disappearing, and the same episode of Spongebob on.

"It's open! Even if you're a robber, I can fight your ugly ass!" Hanna yells.

Leah walks in with Luke behind her. Leah grabs the remote and turns the television off, causing Hanna to gasp while I laugh.

"So, what's up guys?" I ask, looking at them standing behind the coffee table.

"We've noticed Grayson has been sad lately." Luke says.
