I'm totally gonna act like I haven't updated since like February...
OMG YALL IM SO SORRY.

"I can't believe my best friend is graduating this year... it's exciting, but scary..!"

"I know!" Hanna collapses onto the couch next to me. "I'm gonna get Antonio to finally date me, then me and him will get married and have a big house. I'll have a job while he's hopefully playing for the NBA, making trillions of dollars."

"The first part is realistic." I tell her. "But Tiny Tony getting into the NBA? Not happening."

"Don't talk about him like that!" She punches me, making me laugh.

"Well, wanna come to practice with me, so you can watch your 'boyfriend'?"

"I thought you'd never ask!" Hanna links her arm with mine and we walk to Cameron.

As we are stepping in, Grayson is stepping out. An awkward tension hangs in the air as we stare at each other for a few seconds.

"Just finding, uh, Trevon." He says.

I want to be kind, but then I remember what he said to me, and decide against it. "Don't trip yourself on the way to 'em."

As Grayson tenses up, I shove past him, Hanna awkwardly following.

We walk into the court, and I'm glad to see grandpa leading this practice. I walk over and give him a hug as he kisses the top of my head.

"I missed you all summer!" I tell him, pulling away from the hug.

"I know, I'm quite the legend." He teases, making me laugh. "How's your mother?"

"Same as always."

"Lucky, lucky you!"

I laugh and nod. "Totally." I hug him again, then walk over to Hanna, who's sitting on the bleachers, staring at Antonio, who's shooting baskets with Brennan.

"Wanna go say hi?" I ask as I plop down next to her.

"Hell no." She says, making me laugh.

   Javin walks in with a big smile, and I see a girl walking behind him. I gasp and run over to him, along with some of the team.

   "Guys, this is, Jackie, my-"

   "Girlfriend?!" We all yell, cutting him off. They both laugh and Jackie kisses his cheek.

   "Aww!" I say. "Run while you can, Jackie." I whisper, making her laugh and Javin roll his eyes.

   We all chat for a bit, until grandpa calls over the guys, including Grayson who walked in before. I drag Jackie over to where Hanna is sitting, and introduce them to each other.

   "I heard you and Grayson dated for a bit." Jackie says, probably noticing me staring at him.

   I look over and give her a smile. "Yeah. We just got super mad at each other one night and just like that, it was over."

   "I'm awfully sorry to hear that."

   "Oh, she's fine." Hanna butts in. "She's actually being kinda mean to him."

   "Defending myself, actually," I correct her, making Jackie laugh.

   "Whatever."

   As me and Jackie talk about how her and Javin met(in the dining hall, quite the romantic story), grandpa calls me down.

   "Yes sir?"

   "Could you help Grayson practice dunking? You're short enough for the role."
