Sophie's POV
"Now that we are out of school for three months," said Biana"you, me, Fitz, Dex, Tam, and Linh are going to have a sleepover at Everglen."
Knowing that I wasn't going to get out of this I said,"Ok, let me tell Edaline and Grady."
" I already did. Edaline even set your stuff over to my house," said Biana
When we light leaped to Everglen's blinding gates, it gave me a huge
headache. Me and Biana had walked up to the room where the rest of our friends were. When I stepped into Biana's room, I couldn't fight the headache anymore and collapsed.
Just before I blacked out, I felt a strong pair of arms catch me, Fitz. I heard him tell someone to call Elwin.

I woke up to see Fitz right beside me holding my hand. I was laying down on Fitz's bed. I then heard him transmit to me.
Hey, your awake.
How long was I out?
Not that long. The others want to come in and see you, though.
Ok, but please don't leave.
Fitz opened the door for their friends using telekinesis.
"Sophie! I'm so glad your ok!" said Biana,"You scared us, so now you have to let me give you a makeover right now."
"Me, Dex, and Tam are glad your ok" said Linh
"We will meet you guys outside, I just need to tell Sophie something," said Fitz.
After they all left me and Fitz, Fitz pulled something out of his pocket. They were RINGS!!!
"They're cognate rings," explains Fitz "They each have our initials on them. They go on your thumbs." He put the one with his initials on my left thumb and the one with her initials on my right thumb.
I then took his hand in mine and put the one with my initials on his left thumb and the one with his initials on his right thumb.
I looked up at him, at his gorgeous, teal eyes. My heart fluttered a million time more than usual.
"Also Sophie, I have one more thing to tell you,"said Fitz,"You know how you have a secret you haven't told me? Well... I have on too."
"You do?" I asked, very confused.
"I..."
