Secrets Revealed

Chapter 7

Tam's POV

Before Linh walked back into the room, Sophie and Fitz were still snuggling each other and Biana and Dex were staring at the wall silently,probably arguing with themselves inside their head. Since Linh was out of the room, I wished Marella was here so I could talk to her.

"Ok," I said breaking the silence. Everyone turned around to look at me. Biana and Dex looked like they were having a argument with themselves in their head and Fitz was holding Sophie in his lap. "Do you guys want me to take the stuff Keefe just gave us to the Black Swan?" They all mumbled a yes or nodded.

"Ok, I'll see you soon," I said as I left. I pulled out the crystal the Black Swan gave me that goes to one of their hideouts. They gave it t me when I joined them. The only person who knew I was with the Black Swan was Linh. 

When I got there, I saw Mr. Forkle. I ran over to him and told him all about what just happened.

"Wow, well that's good. You kids did great work. Now we can also try to take down the Neverseen from the inside too." he told me.

"What do you want me and my friends to do?"

"I'll have to ask the Collective, but I'll tell you as soon as I find out."

"Ok" I told him and light leaped back to Everglen. 

The sun was starting to rise when I got back. Dex came and opened the gates for me telling me that the rest of our friends were in the kitchen.

"Hey, your back!" said Linh

"Yep"

"Do you guys have any idea of what to do?" asked Biana

"We could play Base Quest?" suggested Fitz

"Ok, but what will the teams be?" asked Dex.

"How about Sophie, Fitz, and Biana vs Dex, me, and Lihn?" I suggested

"Ok!" said Sophie "We need something to get what just happened off of our minds."

We walked out to an area full of trees. "How 'bout you guys quest first?" said Biana.

We all agreed and went our separate ways and then started the game.  

"I have to ask you something," said Linh "How do I join the Black Swan?"

I hoped that Dex didn't hear us and then whispered, " I'll bring you along next time the contact me." 

"Ok," she said "Dex! Come here. Me and Tam are going to make them not be able to see the three of us and you have to reach out and tag them. Ok?"

"Got it," said Dex 

***************(a little time pass)

After about ten games and only winning once, we decided to play without special abilities. When we did that they still won. We went back inside and had some mollowmelt that Della just made.

"Thanks, Della!" said everyone but Biana and Fitz who said "Thanks, Mom!"

"Your welcome," she said.

"Ok, everyone grab what you want, because I'm pretty sure Sophie will eat the rest," said Fitz

"Hey!" said Sophie as she playfully punched his arm.

Everyone did as Fitz said and Sophie did end up taking the rest.

Then we all had to go home. Me and Lihn said bye to Fitz when Sophie said goodbye to Biana and then we switched. But Sophie gave Fitz a kiss goodbye instead.

Me and Lihn light leaped back to our little cabin that the gnomes built for us. 

She then asked me "How will we take down the Neverseen?"

"I think the Black Swan will try to do it safely, but cleverly. Thought it might end in a fight. Let's just hope it doesn't get to that."
