Chapter XVII: How you got me blind is still a mistery

Nick's POV:

Damn. I still can't believe that Dawn Anderson is my girlfriend. After two years of friendzone, she's finally my girlfriend! And I'm cuddling with her, right now! I smile just by the thought of it.

Dawn: ''Why are you smiling?'' She chuckles.

I keep my smile on, while I look at her.

Me: ''I-I'm just happy. I-I waited so long for this and.... Please don't tell me I'm dreaming!''

She laughs and holds me tighter.

Dawn: ''Don't worry, you're not dreaming. Unless I'm having the exact same dream as you.''

I laugh with her and then I kiss her.

Dawn: ''I love you N.''

Me: ''Love you too baby.''

AJ: ''Hey! Lovebirds!''

Me: ''Urgh. What do you want AJ?''

AJ: ''Hey dude. I'm sorry that I interupted you with your make out session, but, our flight is cancelled. That means that we have to wait 'til tomorrow to fly to London.''

Dawn: ''Oh god. That's messed up.''

Howie joined then our conversation.

Howie: ''So, that means that the both of you have still time making out all the way that you want.''

We all laugh.

Me: ''Motherfucker.''

Dawn: ''Oh yeah I have another question guys.''

Howie: ''Yeah?''

Dawn: ''Is Jon still here?''

AJ sighs.

AJ: ''Yeah, he's with your sister.''

Dawn nods.

Dawn: ''Alright. Thanks.''

AJ and Howie walk off, leaving me and Dawn alone. I look at her.

Me: ''What's the business between Jon and your sister?''

Dawn sighs and shakes her head.

Dawn: ''I don't know.''

I roll my eyes.

Me: ''Alright. Enough about them. Let's take care of our business first.'' I grin at her.

She rolls her eyes and smiles.

Dawn: ''You're always the same Carter.''

Me: ''Oh baby, I tought that after two years you would know me well enough.''

Dawn: ''Shut up!''

Me: ''Make me.'' I wink at her.

Dawn grabs my shirt, pulling me closer into a kiss. I kiss her back, with my tongue getting involved of course.

After a few seconds we break the kiss off and look in eachothers eyes.

Me: ''Damn. You're full of surprises, Ms. Anderson.'' I grin at her.

Dawn: ''Oh baby, I thought that after two years you would know me well enough.'' She grins back.

Me: ''You learn fast.''

Dawn: ''Yes I do.'' We laugh.

After a few seconds of laughing we look in eachothers eyes.

Me: ''Wow. Can you believe that 'til yesterday we were just friends? For two long years we had to be friends!''
