I was woken up by my alarm today is Calvin Klein day

So I got dressed into my merch red sweatshirt and Nike shorts and my NMDs washed my face brushed my hair and styled it into a high ponytail

I worked out for a good hour and a half then I sat in the sauna for 10 minutes I had a shower blew dried my hair brushed my hair and teeth

Got dressed into a chanthion sweatshirt and black leggings with my grey Yeezys

Put my ring my watch and bracelet also some spray and perfume on

I grabbed my Micheal Kors bag filled it with my purse and essentials grabbed my phone and car keys

I walked downstairs and made my chocolate brownie what isn't really chocolate protein shake they sent me new ones the company that makes them

Jake:I thought you was healthy
Sophie:this is healthy it's protein it isn't really Chocolate it just taste likes it try abit
