I was woke up by Kade coming back to chanthonys prank he was shouting

I wanted to go in there and see but I didn't want to be on the vlog

I woke up in the middle of the night just crying because of flashbacks of new  York

Anthony comforted me of course so I got out of bed washed my face (I know I said Kade was in New York pretend he wasn't)

I put my Victoria secret robe on and walked out and into kades room I grabbed the camera from Anthony so when he noticed me he didn't put it on me

He went and joined in filming then they finished there video I handed the camera back to him

Kade:someone's in a bad mood
Sophie:yeah well you heard about what happened I haven't bin sleeping straight I was woken up to you screaming so I got scared for a second and I was woken up and why buy all white if we have a house full of dogs you can't just stop them coming in all the time

I walked out and downstairs I sat on a stool and put my head in my hands I was so tired and stressed

Put some spray on and walked downstairs

I grabbed my phone and power bank then walked downstairs

When Jake and Chance pulled up I quickly went into the cafe Chance and Jake walked in as well

We sat down in a booth I had bad anxiety because Hollywood fix was outside still filming

Anthony:don't take this the wrong way but you've bin locked in your room since the night of when you came back from the Kardashian's and that was 3 nights ago now so I think you need therapy
Sophie:Anthony I don't need therapy
Anthony:Sophie you get anxiety over the smallest things now
To think about it I think he's right but I don't want people to think I'm crazy

I just got up and left I laid on my bed I know I need therapy but I don't want to admit it at all
