Maddie's POV
I woke up the next morning and saw Harry beside me, still asleep. I laughed quietly to myself and got Up from the bed. As soon as I stood up, I got dizzy. I clutched on to the headboard for balance which woke Harry up. I'm a vampire, I shouldn't be dizzy?
"What's wrong?"Harry asked.
I ignored him and ran to the bathroom, slamming the door behind me and managing to lock it.
"Maddie? What's wrong?"He asked through the door.
I walked to the toilet and threw up.
"Don't come in!"I yelled. What the heck was wrong with me?! I'm not supposed to be able to throw up!
"Maddie?! Let me in! I don't want to break the door!"Harry yelled.
He won't actually break the door.
I ignored him and crawled over to the sink to brush my teeth.
After I was done, I splashed cold water on my face and then walked to the door and opened it. Harry was standing on the other side, dumbfounded.
"I'm not supposed to be able to do that, right?"I asked him. He knew I threw up, he could hear me.
"No, you're not. We need to go to the doctor. Now."He said.
"I'm not going to the doctor."I told him.
"You have too. You were throwing up!"He said.
"I know. But you know how much I hate the doctor."I said.
"I don't care. You have to go."Harry said.
"Give it a day?"I asked him.
"Maddie, you need to go now."He said.
"No. We will wait one day."I told him.
"That's not healthy!"He said.
"Today is our day anyways. We get to work out details about the wedding. So, we will just be home. Nothing else to do. If something happens before tomorrow, we will go."I told him.
"Fine. But there is no way we are doing anything with the wedding today. You can't handle that stress if you're sick. Which I don't understand how you're sick seeing as you're a vampire."He said.
"I know what I can and can't handle, Harry. I'll be fine."I said.
"It's either we don't do anything today and just stay home, or go to the doctor."Harry said.
"Not doing anything is boring!"I said.
"Make a choice, Maddiline."He said.
I glared at him for using my real name.
"Fine. I choose home, Harold."I said.
I went into the living room and texted the girls in a group chat:
To: Olivia, El, Dani and Perrie
Me: Hey guys. Harry and I aren't doing anything with the wedding today. -.-
O: Why?
E: Yeah, why?
D: Why not?
P: What they said.
Me: I threw up this morning and got really dizzy. Harry is flipping out and saying I need to go to the doctor but I refuse. I don't know why I threw up but I did. I told him to wait until tomorrow for us to go since it was just a relaxing day at home working on wedding stuff, anyways. He told me I couldn't work on that bc it'd be too stressful for me. We argued but I gave in so we are spending a boring day home. :|
E: GO TO THE DOC
D: You need to go to the doctor!
P: Go!
O: Listen to Harry! You need to go!
Me: I hate the doctor! I'm not going.
O: I'm comin over.
E: I'll be there in 5.
P: Same.
D: omw.
"See? Your friends even think you should go."Harry stood in the doorway. I rolled my eyes at him reading my mind.
Harry came and sat on the couch next to me. I turned on the tv and looked away from him.
In a few minutes, the door was knocked on. I got up to get it, but Harry made me sit back down and he got it. All four girls were there. Along with all four boys.
Harry let them in and the girls came and talked to me.
"Go to the doctor!"El said.
"No."I told her.
"We are gonna carry you over there."Dani said.
"Good luck."I said and floated up off the couch.
"Maddie!"Harry yelled at me.
I rolled my eyes and looked back at the girls.
"If you won't go, then we are staying here tonight to make sure you go in the morning,"Perrie said.
"Yep."Olivia agreed. I rolled my eyes at them and continued watching Twilight. The girls plopped down around me and watched with me. The guys came in too and each sat down with their mate.
"This movie is offensive."Louis said.
"Shut up."El told Louis.
The rest of the day was boring. We really didn't do anything. I wasn't even aloud to get up. When it was finally time for bed, the four girls and guys took up the living room while me and Harry went to our room.
I slept well that night and woke early that morning. I had that feeling in my stomach again so I ran to the bathroom and shut and locked the door. I threw up again.
"Maddie! Open the door!"Harry yelled through the door. I heard everybody else get up and come straight over.
"No!"I yelled. I threw up again.
This time, Harry did break the door. He came running in and he held my hair out of my face.
"Leave."I said right before I threw up again. Harry didn't leave. After I was done throwing up, I brushed my teeth and made everyone get out so I could shower. After I showered, I brushed my teeth again and came out. Everybody had changed and cleaned up.
"Doctor."Harry said.
"No."I refused again.
"Please?"Harry pleaded.
"No, Harry."I said.
"Maddie, you're sick. You need to go."El spoke.
I rolled my eyes and walked out of the house and towards the doctor. I waited while Harry signed us in and the doctor called me over. Harry told him all my symptoms and I had to answer a few questions.
After that, they had to run some tests on me which I didn't like. At all.
Finally, after they were done, the doctor came back in and said..
