Elegant movements kept redirecting Zabuza's blade with the palms of his hands every time he attacked. Naruto danced around the large blade every time the blade was brought down on him. "Stand still, goddamnit!" Zabuza growled.

"The best offense is the best defense," Naruto said calmly as he redirected Zabuza's blade down into the ground before he hopped onto the blade and kicked upwards. Zabuza was quick enough to jump away with his sword in hands and landed away from the Genin. "You're a slippery one, " he growled.

Naruto backflipped in the air and landed on the ground. "I will take that as a compliment," he said calmly. "Than let's see what else you've got other than just defense," Zabuza challenged. "Very well," Naruto said as he held his hands out and two water serpents formed behind him.

The two water serpents bared their long fangs and rushed Zabuza. The mercenary glared at the two serpents before he jumped up into the air and began to fly through hand signs. "Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu," he said when a large serpent-like dragon appeared behind him and attacked Naruto.

Both of Naruto's serpents separated to reveal a third serpent behind its bigger siblings. All four water creatures attacked each other and canceled each other out.

Visible water particles gathered around Naruto and two serpents appeared around the golden-haired boy. "Attack," he ordered and the two serpents launched at Zabuza. The two serpents wrapped around Zabuza, tightening their bind on the mercenary.

"Dòngjié," Naruto ordered and blew out an icy wind from his mouth. The serpents froze, binding Zabuza in a small prison of ice.

"Stand down, Zabuza. You are finished," Naruto said. Zabuza smirked. "Not so fast, brat," he said before he turned into water. Naruto's eyes widened. "Water clone," he muttered as he quickly looked around the area.

"Naruto, to the right," Shino spoke up. Naruto glanced to his right to see Zabuza's large blade flying towards him. The black haired teen jumped up into the air and was barely able to avoid getting cut into two by the sword. "My thanks, Shino," he said as he landed on the other side of the blade and turned around to see Zabuza catch his sword.

"You got lucky, kid, but you're not getting away this time," Zabuza said before he disappeared into thin air. Shino, Hinata, and Kurenai jumped next to Naruto. "Well, it's about time that all four of you join in. I was starting to get bored," Zabuza joked from somewhere around him. "You wound me, Zabuza," Naruto joked.

"I'll do more than that," Zabuza threatened. Naruto held his hands up in front of him and closed his eyes. "Wēiwǔ de běifāng, yòng tiān de lìliàng jiàngluò zài zhège zhànchǎng shàng," he chanted as a black ball formed between his palms. "Shino, cover us," Naruto said as the orb floated high into the air.

Shino nodded before he raised his hands and flashed through a series of hand signs. "Wall of Insects Jutsu," he said and a dorm of insects formed around them in time for Naruto's orb to start its attack. Dozens of black raindrops began to rain down, destroying the ground and trees with repeated force.

"Naruto, you're jutsu is too strong for my inserts to combat," Shino said. "Than here," Naruto said simply as he placed his hand on Shino's should and he felt a wave of chakra flow into his body. The dome of insects began to go faster as the new waves of chakra flowed into him. Kurenai and Hinata looked around at the dorm of inserts.

"Have you two been doing training exercises without us?" their sensei asked. "Actually, no, I realize that with the Aburame Clan's affinity with insects, that they would have some sort of wide area defense jutsu similar to the Hyūga's Revolving Heaven technique," Naruto said.
