Traitor (An EXO, Mystery/Thriller Fan Fiction) [HIATUS]

Chapter 7

  Tao, Luhan, Xiumin and Baekhyun had been permitted to investigate inside Kim Youngmin's room. It was just like Lay's door, yellow caution tape surrounded the frame of the door left to right. They ducked under the tape and entered the room.

  Again, Tao had brought the materials needed inside a suitcase. He opened the suitcase and everyone took out a pair of gloves and put them on.

  "Let's hope that we could find something. " Tao said as he passed three magnifying glass to the other 'detectives'.

  "I'm pretty sure we will. At least one." Baekhyun said.

  "Don't get your hopes up too high." Xiumin said.

  "True." Luhan agreed and they started investigating.

  The first thing Tao examined was the drawer right next to the bed. He examined the top first. Nothing but dust and the lamp. Then, he opened the drawer to find nothing inside. He closed it then searched another place; the closet. Why the closet? Because last time, Luhan 'accidentally' found the evidence there. And besides, you have to search everywhere inside the room to find an evidence.

  He opened the closet to see Kim Youngmin's clothes, shoes and other accessories inside. Oh boy. He's going to have to search everything inside there. He took out everything, one by one, and searched the pockets while he was at it. So far, he could only find left over change inside them. He also checked the inside of the shoes if there were anything inside. Cause you know, some people can hide stuff in there anyways. But Youngmin didn't hide anything inside the shoes. Next off was Youngmin's shirts. Nothing, nothing, nothing.  Barely any of his shirts had pockets. He picked up the last shirt, and a small piece of paper fluttered down to the floor. He read the small words on the paper to himself.

  "Aha! I found something!" Tao said outloud.

  Xiumin and Luhan went over to him.

  "What is it?" Luhan asked.

  "It seems like a note." Tao said. " It says, 'Remember, same place, same time.'"

  "Way to go, our first evidence." Xiumin said.

  "By the way, where's Baekhyun?" Tao asked while inserting the note into a paperbag.

  "I don't-"

  "I'm here and I found something." Baekhyun said as he came out of the bathroom. He was holding something in his hands. It was a small prescription bottle with no label and had one pill inside. "I found it deep inside the laundry."

  "Ew." Xiumin said with a disgusted look on his face. "But hey, nice job."

  Baekhyun rolled his eyes and put the prescription bottle into the white paperbag.

  "Have you guys found anything?" Baekhyun asked.

  "Only Tao so far." Xiumin answered. "He found another note."

  "I see..." Baekhyun mumbled to himself and continued the investigation.

  "Did you guys check this room yet?" Xiumin pointed to a door that was slightly opened. It looked like a storage room.

  "Nope not yet." Luhan said.

  "Alright then, I'm going to investi- AH!"

  Everyone looked at Xiumin and soon became terrified.

  "What's wr- Holy shit!" Luhan exclaimed and ran up to Xiumin. Tao and Baekhyun followed right behind him.

  There was a knife lodged on Xiumin's left shoulder. A small sticky note was on the blood stained floor, the words written on it were:

"Watch where you're going. :)"

Oh no Xiumin... He got caught in a simple trap.

You know, I'm curious on how some of you guys think that Tao is the 'Traitor.'.. It's quite intresting...

What makes you guys think it's Tao?
