~Demi~
"Lauren? What are you doing?"
I say and look at my eighteen year old friend, she look scared.
I took a step forward but she holds up a hand, making me stop in my tracks.
"Don't. It's okay. I'm fine. What are you doing?" She says and wipes her face from tears before standing up weakily. Her legs tremble before she gives out and falls to the sand. I ran toward her and wrap my arms around her, picking her up.
"Demi, no! Let go of me! I can walk!" She says and thrashes around in my arms, trying to be let go but I was having none of it.
I started to walk back to my car but what caught my attention is when that Lauren's sleeve pulled up a bit was showing off tattoos.
Tattoos.
"Lauren," I got her attention when I stop walking.
"What?" Panic was clear in her voice.
"Since when did you got tattoos?" I ask her and her eyes widened before she jump out of my arms.
"No! I don't got any! You must be seeing things Demi! I don't have tattoos!" She says and crawls backwards, away from me.
I narrow my eyes at her. "Lauren, I know what I saw! When did you got them?!" I say and lunge for her. I straddle her and pin her down to the ground.
"No! I don't got tattoos!" She yells and tries to shove me off of her but I only grab her arm and lifted the sleeve up to her elbow.
More tattoos show.
"Holy crap Lauren, how many did you get?" I say and sat back on her stomach, checking her other arm but more tattoos showed.
"A lot, my arms are heavily tattooed with them and I have a few on my legs." She says and bits her lip, throwing her head back in defeat.
"Why?" I ask her and stayed where I was.
"I was drunk as hell," She says and I look down at her confusedly.
"When did this happen?" I ask her but she doesn't answer that question.
"Demi," She sits up making me fall onto the sand. "Swear to God that you won't tell anyone about the tattoos, not even the girls. Swear to me that you won't." She says, her green eyes piercing into my eyes.
I hesitated.
"Demi! Please! They can't know! They'll freak if they find out! No one can know about this but you fucking found out! You can't tell anyone! No one at all!" She says and I bit my lip.
"Please?" She pleads and I gave in because she did the puppy dog face.
"Fine," I say and watch as she sighs in relief. I grab her arms and made her look at me.
"You can trust me Lolo, you can always trust me. I won't ever judge you, you know that right?" I told her and she bits her lip before looking down to her lap, her hands tangle with each other. I grab her chin softly before made her look back at me, but this time tears were in her eyes.
"Right?" I say softly and she nods.
"Right." She says before falling back into my arms, her arms tangling around my waist as she full on sobbed. I kiss her forehead softly before picking her up again, walking over to my car again. I set her in the passenger seat of my car before walking around to the driver seat. I got in and turn on the car before heading toward her place.
Half way there, I felt Lauren grab my hand and I look at her, tears were streaming down her face. "Can I spend the night at your place? I don't wanna go back home." She says and I nod, relief was clear on her face but she didn't let go of my hand. I turn around and started heading back home.
