~Lauren~

I ran down the streets quickly, police cars following me. Chasing me.

"Please!" I scream at them, turning my head around to look at the cars. "I never killed anyone!" Tears ran down my face as I took a turn, finding myself with a bridge and running quickly to the rim.

I threw my leg over the rim and turn around, looking at the cops as they stop in front of me, pointing guns at me. I grip onto the bars, holding myself there as I look down.

A river was below me, feets away. I was high up and I didn't want to fall and plunge to my death.

I choked on a sob as I look at all of them. "Please, believe me that I didn't kill him." I say, trembling with fear.

The cops caught me back in a town in Mississippi and chase me all the way here. To a bridge, where I could slip and fall.

"Ms. Jauregui, please come over here so we can arrest you, we don't want you to slip." A cop says and I shook my head quickly.

"No!" I scream. "I'm not going to you just so that I get arrested for something I never do!" I scream at them and let a sob escape me.

"LAUREN!" I heard a scream of fright and I look at the person.

It was Demi.

"Lauren! Oh god, Lauren! Don't do it!" Demi screams, running over to the cops and coming to a stop a few feet away from me. Tears welled up in her eyes as she looks at me, they start to stream down her face.

"Demi," I whimper when I saw her. I was glad that I could see her or anyone that was friends with me or knew me. I hadn't talk to the girls after that call in Louisiana, its been weeks since I last talk to them.

"Demi, oh god, Demi. What are you doing here?" I ask her, whimpering softly as I cried.

She takes a step closer to me, holding her arms out stretch for me. I grip onto the bars, my palms become sweaty.

"I had a concert here, I saw the cops chasing you and told my driver to follow them. I knew it was you, I knew they were chasing you." She says and I nod, smiling a bit.

"Please, tell them that I won't go to jail for something I didn't do, they don't believe me." I tell her and she nods, she glance at the cops behind her. The cops still had their guns pointed at me.

"Guys, please listen to her. She didn't do it, believe me she didn't do it, I believe her. Don't arrest her for god's sake!" Demi says and I let out a cry of pain as they didn't budge.

"Demi," I sob. "I lost everything! I lost my career! My girls! My part of the band! I lost people's respect, and I probably lost my family. I lost everything I cared for!" I yell at her and she frowns, crying softly.

"Baby girl, no. It may seems as you do but no, you haven't lost everything. You haven't lost the girls, or your family or your career. You will never lose them, you hear me? Now come over here so I can hug the living crap out of you." She says and I shake my head.

"No! I'm sorry Demi but if I go to you, they'll take me away and I don't want that. Do me a favor, please?" I pleaded, already making my desicion.

"What baby? What is it?" She says and takes another step toward me.

I look her right in the eyes. "Please," I whisper. "take care of my girls." Then I let go.

I could hear Demi's screams as I let go and the bullets being fired as I fall. The air blows around as I fell, I could see Demi leaning over the bridge, screaming loudly.
