The Prince's Mate

Chapter 8

*Luna's P.O.V.*

It all happened so fast. The attack. The children's horrified faces. The rouges surrounding me. The prince saving me..wait what?

I keep getting flashbacks of when me and Robin were kids and the village getting attacked. I keep seeing my mothers face when father left. I can only imagine that one day my face would be like my mothers but if anything happened to the children before they are old enough to fight.

i can hear a faint voice in the distance but i cant make out what him or her are saying. I can only remember that before i blacked out i was being carried away by the prince. How long have i been out? What happened to the children what i was gone? Is robin taking care of them? So many questions but no answers.

I hear foot step coming my way but who? Someone takes hold of my hand and starts to talk to me.

"Hey Luna. I know you cant hear me but i have to say a few things, but not like last time.."

Last time? This person, who is the prince i think said he was here before. Why haven't i heard him?

"I came to tell you about the children. I know they aren't old enough yet to start to train but i thought i would be a good idea to start I know you wouldn't like it but it has to be done so they can fend for themselves when me or the others aren't there. They are well feed with the help of me and robin. They are doing just fine, I promise you that....."

Oh thank the goddess that they are alright. Than you for taking care of them. You cant hear me but thank you.

"Now to the important thing i have to say.... I have been neglecting to tell you this since the day we meet but i have to say it or i will go mad... Luna you are my mate. Seeing you like this hurts me so much. Please come back to me. The kids need you. Robin needs you. I need you most of all. Just not having you in my arms hurts me so much. I cant stand it. My wolf is calling for yours. Luna I need you. I miss you. I love you."

Someone was calling for him so he kissed my forehead then left the room. That is why i feel so happy when he is around. I am not suppose to find my mate till i am 18, i am only 17. He must be 18. And why i am so sad and depressed whenever he is away from me. Damn what a day so far. I hope i wake up soon. You can do this Luna. Think of the children. Think of Robin. Think of Ryan...
