I walked out of the cave, and went on the same trail we took to get to it, so I could make it back to the village.
When I arrived, I passed many food shops that had delicious food, but I knew I had to get to the Elder I was looking for.
I continued to walk down the roads, and finally found the center of the Village, where the Elders lived and met called the Town Hall.
Walking in, I noticed the place for being very large, almost like a temple. There were different routes to doors that opened with a code. The secretary of the Town Hall was on her computer, an Aruzan with gold tattoos on her face and lavender hair, and looked up when I walked in. She looked like she knew me. Like she was waiting for me.
"Hello, what can I help you with?" the woman asked me.
Nervously, I responded, "Well...hello...and I was wondering if I can get an appointment with one of the Elders? I don't know exactly his name...."
"Oh, I will help you with that. Most people don't remember the Elders' names when they walk in." So she took out a list of the names and photos, along with an appointment sheet.
I bowed, "Thank you." and walked to a seat next to the entry. Then, someone else walked in. A young male Zabrak, and was wearing a lot of gear, with a big traveling backpack. He was about 11 years old. When I saw him, he looked pretty cool. But when he walked passed me, I felt the presence of something dark, and a tint of light. It frightened me!
"Hey, Liz. Can I see my father?" he spoke.
She smiled. "Sure, Dathomir. I'll tell him that you arrived." she replied, and called him up telling him that his son wanted to see him.
I heard Qui-Gon Jinn in my head telling me, "Go with him."
So I ran to the front desk, giving her the clipboard and information. "That is the Elder I would like to see. That's him, that the young Zabrak spoke of." I said, while the Zabrak was still there, now standing next to me. Liz told Dathomir to show me the way. He sighed, and reluctantly did so. I bowed in respect and in thanks, and followed him.
"So, I heard that your father is one of the Elders, huh?" I said, trying to strike a conversation.
"How would you know that?"
"I have ears too. You said it to the secretary."
"Oh, right." he said, placing his hand on the back of his head.
"So, where are you from?" I asked.
He looked at me. "You're asking a lot of questions. Aren't you like, 13?"
I looked bummed. "Crap. Everyone mistakes me as a 15 year old, since I'm so tall!"
Dathomir laughed, and patted me on the back. "Trust me, you'll slow down once you get to my age."
"Nuh-uh! Since I'm a Twi'lek, I get to grow to 6 feet!"
"Wow, so great."
"Well, at least I'll be as tall as you!"
"Great, again."
I shoved him, and he just laughed with a warm sparkle in his eyes. "Your name?" he asked, and I answered, "Jin'Janson Leney." I held my hand out, and he shook it. "Dathomir Zabro."
I sighed, "Well, I guess we're friends now."
At this point, we made it to is father's office.
"Why do you need to see him anyways?" He asked.
I was quiet, and couldn't answer him.
He shrugged his shoulders, and placed his hand on the hand-passcode reader. And the door slid open.
