CHAPTER 10

ALICE:

They helped me in climbing the tree. As teacher blew the whistle I held the rope and swung. I kept my grip on the rope as tight as I could, but the rope was cut, I somehow jumped into the trampoline. And I tried catching the next rope, but it was slippery and I fell on some moving thing. It was him.

DAN:

We were practicing in the field real hard; just to make sure that the trophy would be ours this time. Our practice session was done and everyone dispersed from the field. We had to stay back because the coach had to say something important to me and Rowan. After all the instructions given to them, our eyes fell on the C.D.P.S training. The girls were working pretty hard.

Having my friends in that camp, my eyes were searching for Wally- Al. She enrolled herself in that training camp; just to make sure she becomes self-defensive. But she was nowhere to be found and we moved from there.

Rowan and I were talking about the test that was going to come, my eyes struck on the sky; it was shining at a spot. Just like a meteorite coming and falling from sky, someone landed on me and we rolled downhill. Rowan followed us. We rolled down and it was none other than Al. It was like I was on the top and she was underneath. We got hit by something. She opened her eyes and saw my hand.

I was lost into her dark black eyes that spoke many secrets. It was a mixture of hopelessness, innocence, lost soul types that spoke many secrets. I began to feel dizzy and her hands were holding my head, she became unconscious and laid her head on my chest. I fell down too. And after this I didn't know what happened.

CHLOE:

After Al tumbled and fell, we all rushed to the spot only to find Rowan there as well. Both of them, Al and Dan were unconscious. Dan's head had a small cut, but blood was oozing from Al's head. We took them to a nearby hospital.

After an hour, the doctors came out and they informed their conditions to be stable. Dan was alright, he's got few cuts in his arms and forehead. He can manage himself pretty well. But Alice's condition was too bad. The previous day she got her hand burnt and now she's almost escaped the death.

I'm pretty sure Jenny is the one behind this

Our teacher came to the hospital to ensure both of their conditions.

He informed the defects, it is revealed that the rope what Emma and Alice swung was cut using an arrow. And the second rope had grease smeared on it.

Due to which Alice has been admitted in the hospital.

We informed their grandparents, they were too worried and Adele accompanied them as well. They entered the room and after sometime they came out

Rowan and I checked for Dan. He was having an orange juice and he came to know about the accident.

DAN:

I woke up to the smell of a disinfectant and surrounding me was a room. I realized I was in the hospital. The nurse was there who was giving me a painkiller. I saw my arms and head covered with bandages.

The nurse gave me and orange juice and I asked her where was I. she told me not to stress too much or else it'd be too bad. Rowan and CP came in, they were pretty worried about me.

"Are you alright?" rowan asked

"Ah... I'm okay, just a minor headache and how did I land in this room? How did this happen?" I woke up from the bed.

"DB you had an accident, and you've got minor injuries. You will be alright but..."

Chloe's eyes welled up while she was saying about this.
