Summer Holidays Finn Wolfhard X reader

Day 13

"I heard you talking on the phone yesterday are you really leaving?" Millie asks with a sad look on her face

"Yeah" I say biting the side of my lip, I wish that I could stay but I don't think I should, I just kinda feel weird being here since Finn got my tickets and all. Millie quickly gives me a big hug
"I'm gonna miss you" she sniffs "when are you leaving?"

"Tonight" I say sadly

"What!" She shouts "that's crazy. Don't leave"

"I have to I'm sorry, I'll miss you too" I quickly say

"You should tell Finn" she said shyly

"I dunno, I don't think he wants to talk to me" I shrug

"Just try" she smiles before walking off

"SADIE Y/N IS LEAVING TONIGHT" Millie screams

I hear them both rush back in again

"Why are you leaving?" She frantically asks

"I don't want to make anything worse then it already is" I state

"We need to keep in touch though!" She sighs

"Yeah for sure" I smile, I'm glad that they want to stay friends

Time skip

I didn't want to go to set with everyone today but Sadie basically dragged me there. It looked like Finn wanted to talk to me but he didn't well not until we came home

"I heard" I heard a familiar voice quietly say

"Finn?"

"So your really leaving?" He frowned

"Yeah" I say nervously, I see his eyes dart around to room looking for something to say. There is silence for a while

"I'm sorry" he mutters before leaving the room.
