*LOUISE'S POV*
I went back into one of Skip's guest bedrooms, well it was practically my bedroom since we always stayed at each other's houses. I got out a pair of skinny jeans and an aztec print top and a pair of socks on. I put a brush through my hair and left it to dry naturally. I was starving, because I hadn't eaten last night and surprsingly the asprin I had early had really helped my hangover, but my head was still pounding a little and my legs ached like crazy. But still, I was starving, so I went downstairs to raid Skip's fridge. I could hear the four hot guys that Skip spoke of yesterday. They were so loud, and I still had the worst headache and I think it was to do with the fact I hadn't eaten. I heard their conversation.
"someone get of with a girl last night, eh?" either Luke or Jai said, I really should fine out the difference. It was silent for a moment.
"I kissed Louise" the other Luke or Jai said. I gasped. What did I do last night?! They all turned towards me. I tried to remember, but I was drawn to a blank, I tried to think harder, and my eyebrows furrowed, I could tell they were all looking at me. I remember looking at Jair or Luke across the room, then dancing with Skip, but after that it was all a black, loud blur. I ran my hands through my hair. Trying to remember still, but nothing. All of this thinking was not helping my head. That's what he must've been talking about this morning when he'd said 'thanks for a good time last night' . I kind of felt bad for the kid, I mean, he seems to remember kissing me but I don't even know his name! Wow, I must've gotten wasted pretty quickly last night. They were all still looking at me as if they were waiting for me to say something, I didn't know what to say, how do I react to that? Instead I said nothing and walked over to the freshly brewed coffee pot and poured myself a cup, adding three sugars and extra milk. I took a big gulp, but regretting it because I burnt my throat. I coughed a bit. Then put two slices of wholemeal bread into the toaster, not catching any of the five boys sitting in the kitchen's gaze. I got out the butter and some raspberry jam, the I pinged my toast. I hated when toast was fully cooked, I only liked it slightly browned and warm. It was weird I know. I buttered and jammed my toast. Then sat on the counter I had just been making my breakfast on and took a bite from my toast.
I sat there, and they all eventually gave up waiting for me to say something and began their own topic of conversation, Skip and Ellie. "Sooo, what happened when she pulled you away last night?" I heard who I was lead to believe was Beau say and he winked at Skip. I laughed. I knew she liked him, I used to sit next to her in English class and she always used to go on about it.
"Nothing..." He said, very unconvincingly.
"Bullshit" I said, they all looked at me shocked.
"So it speaks" James said. I laughed, then rolled my eyes.
"yeah, yeah. I do speak. Now are you going to tell me what happened or am I going to have to force it out of you, Daniel?" I said poking him. He rolled his eyes at me.
"Well, are you gonna tell me what happened last night?" I felt a pang of guilt, I didn't know what happened,and I felt bad if I said it infront of Jai or Luke.
"Daniel." I looked at him sternly, he knew to drop it.
"fine, we just spent the whole night together and she told me she likes me and I told her I liked her too and we're going out tomorrow"
"It's about time, you've been crushing on her for over a year!" I said nudging him slightly. Then my phone rang, it was my mum. "Hey mother" I answered.
"Are you coming home today? I need you to come grocery shopping with me"
"Okay, I'll leave now, see you in a bit" She hung up without even saying bye. How rude. "Well, I've got to go now, mum wants me to go food shopping with her. Bye Skip" I hugged him. "bye guys" I waved at the others.
"I'll walk you to the door" Skip said. Uh oh, this meant he wanted to talk to me. We walked to the door and he opened it for me. "I'll come over later" Somehow I knew I didn't have a choice. I nodded.
"Be round about 3-ish?" He agreed, we said goodbye and he hugged me once more and I began to walk how. Man, my legs were aching! It took all of my effort to walk home and I couldn't stop thinking about Jai or Luke. He looked sad that I didn't say anything and I knew that's what Skip was going to talk to me about. Urgh, what have I gotten myself into?
I walked into my house and before I could even say or do anything, I was being ushered back out and into the car. "Calm down, woman, the shop will still be there in 10 minutes!" She laughed.
"I know, but I'd rather get it out of the way" She started the engine. "So, how was Daniel's party?"
"It was good" I said, thinking of the bits I could remember. "But, I apparently kissed this guy, and he remembers, but I don't" I told my mum everything, she was more of a sister than a mum. She raised her eyebrows at me and smiled.
"Was he cute?" I laughed.
"He was so cute, and he was a twin, but I don't know what twin he was!" I sighed. "and I think Skip is really annoyed with me, he's coming round later, and I think that's what he wants to talk to me about!"
"You don't know what twin you kissed?" She laughed. "Daniel won't be annoyed, he'll just want to know what happened"
"But that's what I'm getting at, I don't know what happened! I was too drunk" She laughed again, this whole situation seemed to amuse her.
"Well, just talk to Daniel about it. At least then you'll find out what twin it was." She wasn't helping the situation. I sighed, she wasn't going to help me, she found it too funny.
What was I going to say to Skip? He told me to not get any ideas with the Janoskians, and what did I do? End up kissing one of them! Nice one, Louise.
