Ally had been in Hospital for a whole month.

I was driving in to pick her up from the hospital today, excitement didn't even begin to describe it, but I knew there was one thing still on Ally's mind. Her father. I knew nothing would surprise her more than her father being there when she got home. I pulled in on the side of the highway and dialled his number,

"Lester."

"This is him."

"It's Austin."

"Oh"

"Well a lot had happened, Ally has been put in hospital due to an eating disorder."

"WHAT"

"She has made a miraculous recovery really and she is coming home today, she went in weighing about 7 stone and now she is 8 1/2 stone, excluding baby weight that is."

"Oh, how is the baby."

"Amazing actually, they had to

Give it steroids because of Ally's condition and now it is off them but it's still growing rapidly. Maybe they'll be here quicker than we think."

"Austin, I want to see Ally."

"Really, that's great. It's actually the reason I called, I'm on my way to pick Ally up from the hospital but maybe you could be at our house when we get home, Ally would do anything to see you."

"I'd love too."

"I'll text you my address."

"Perfect, see you in a while."

I parked the car and went to find Ally in her room, she was sitting up in her chair. Looking the healthiest I had seen her in months. She smiled when I walked in.

"Hey there beautiful."

"Hey there." She bounced up and threw her arms around my neck. I kissed her and se kissed back.

"Come on Austin, lets go. I haven't been home in ages."

I love how she called our house home, just me, her and the baby.

As we turned into the driveway, Ally turned to me. "Austin, have you heard from my dad?"

"No Als, I'm sorry." I continued driving and saw his car was parked around the side of the house. I could see tears on Ally's cheeks.

I parked the car and helped Ally out of the car.

Then she saw him standing at the front door.

"DADDY"

"ALLY"

Sh ran over and hugged him, I could hear her sobbing. Lester looked up at me with tears in his eyes. "Thank you" he mouthed.

I walked Ally over to the couch and her dad sat down beside her.

"Want a drink?"

"Do we have any of those powdered milkshakes left?"

"Yeah"

"I'll have one of those, with extra Ice cream" she winked. I was just happy she was eating.

I made it up for her and got Lester a beer.

"So Ally, when are you due?

"12 weeks" Ally practically beamed as she said it. I smiled back at her, and she turned to her dad. They began talking as my phone rang. I rushed out to the hall to answer it.

"Jimmy."

"Austin"

"Great news, your preforming on the X Factor final next weekend."

"No way. I love that show, Ally and I always watch it."

"Well you'll be flown out on Friday afternoon and back on Sunday morning."

"Yesssssss, can Ally come?"

"I don't think so, it'll be a rushed visit. You have a meet and greet on Saturday afternoon."

"Okay, thanks Jimmy."

"No Problem.. Austin."

"Yeah."

"You know I'm very proud of you and the man you've become."

"Thanks Jimmy, that means alot."

He hung up and I raced back into ally.

"ALS I'M PERFORMING ON THE X FACTOR FINAL NEXT SATURDAY. "

Thats amazing Austin." I put my arms around her and She kissed my cheek.

"Jimmy said it'll be a rushed visit and I'll be gone on Friday night to Sunday morning. Will you be okay be yourself?"

"I'll be fine."

"Maybe you could stay with me." Lester smiled.

"I'd love too."

About half an hour later, Ally began to doze off on the couch. I picked her up and carried her up to bed.

When I came back down, Lester was standing at the bottom of the stairs.

"Austin I'm sure your aware that I made a huge huge huge mistake with Ally when I found out about the pregnancy but I believe it is my duty to thank you for taking care of her. You'll never begin to comprehend my regret towards what I did. Thank you so much."

"Thank you Lester." He picked up his jacket and left. I walked up to bed and stood in the doorway looking at Ally sleeping in bed.

See I told you everything would be okay.
