Sana reached the city of Nahur after a long, tiresome walk. She had once regretted not starting in this city, but that was in the past. She did grow stronger by starting in a different city. It took her almost 4 months on foot to get here. She could have just mounted her pet and covered the distance in a mere 10 days but she didn’t want to tire her pet. Besides, hunting while coming here made her stronger.

She stood in the square and felt the breeze of the busy city that was always in the forums discussions. Though her cloak didn’t allow the breeze to touch her cheeks, she was happy she made it. The journey was long. Even though she didn’t know why she was coming here, her reaching here soon was important.

On the way, she had received system messages about the bounty on Worm and the game’s aim. Sana knew that she craved victory and to be strongest and win in The Sphere, she would need an alliance, a strong one at that. There was this one alliance that was believed to be the strongest, the Fierce Warriors alliance, lead by Linxx.

Sana was strong, she doubted she would be rejected if she applied but she wasn’t sure about it. The reason being, she wouldn’t be known much. Even if her alliance wins, she would just be a foot soldier in the victory while Linxx would hog all the glory, being the general.

She decided to check their headquarters out. It wasn’t hard finding the headquarters of the alliance because of the line that was there in the city. The line was of people and they were all standing there to apply to the alliance. She looked at the line and grasped the situation. Almost, 10,000 users were there to apply to the rumored strongest alliance.

She wasn’t that surprised with what she saw. She had anticipated this. Hardly 2 hours had passed since the message was broadcasted and almost all the users nearby Nahur city who were without any alliance, were now standing to apply to the best alliance. The scene cleared Sana’s doubts.

’With this many people in the alliance, I’d never get any fame. Even if I become the best, Linxx would always be ahead of me and will even take credits for my work.’

She was about to leave when she saw a small crowd looking at a board outside the alliance’s door. She walked there slowly and as she walked, people noticed her. Her silent, slow walk was somehow scary. She carried an aura of confidence that radiated with every step of hers. The people in the line stopped chatting with each other and were now looking at a slim figure walking as if the figure was weightless. To other people, her walk was not charming, but scary.

Unaware of the many eyes on her, Sana continued to walk towards the board. The people standing there felt a chill on their spine when she approached. They turned around and looked at a lady figure wearing a white cloak. They understood immediately that she was much stronger than them. They tried to look at her face, but the cloak didn’t give them even a peek.

There was a notice on the board.

P.S. Since, the black magician isn’t available as a profession normally, we had assumed that it’s a hidden profession with good amount of stats increment.
