Shoutout to Writer_In_A_Shadow for my school's kindness week challenge!
Writer and I met in first grade-maybe kindergarten. We weren't super buddy-buddy until first grade though. It was after one of my very first friends started making fun of me. She was really there to pick me up and make me feel better. After that, we were inseparable. I always dreamed of her being my sister and she's my favorite person in the world. She makes me laugh when I really don't want. Like always, she has her faults but that doesn't stop her from being one of the best friends-sister-in the world.
She's always there for me when I was sad and I was there for her. She was the best picker-upper I've ever met and made me feel like I meant something. When I wanted to just end everything and when homework began to be too much and there was drama everywhere, just the thought of her being sad made me stop. I couldn't do it, because I couldn't hurt her. I can never hurt her on purpose.
I hope that one day we'll be living in an apartment together, trying to find jobs and never giving up on each other. I really really hope we're friends for the rest of our lives-even when we're old.
