It's something about the night that makes me want to stay awake.
Stay awake until I can't keep my eyes open anymore.
I choose to stay awake for many reasons.
One is to read.
I'll read until three am because stories are just so much better at night.
They make you feel more.
After being numb during the day you want nothing more than to be able to cry at a sad story during the night.
I stay awake as long as possible because every time I close my eyes I see you.
Your smile.
And then the feelings sink in.
All the numbness leaves and the sadness flows into me.
I love and hate the night for two reasons.
1-because I can finally feel again.
2-I feel again.
