Chapter 24

Emily's POV

I woke up around 10 so I could leave at 12 for my day to myself. I took a shower and got ready. My outfit today was flower printed shorts and a white tee shirt. For shoes I wore sandals.

I walked down stairs to get my purse and leave. When I got to the nail salon I showed them a design and got them done. When I was leaving a little girl asked "aren't you shawn mendes girlfriend?"

"No, I'm single" I say.

"No I'm pretty sure your dating him." She said.

"We broke up a couple weeks ago."

"Oh well you guys were cute."

"Thank you."

"No problem, have a good day."

"You too." I say walking out.

Next hair. I got half an inch taken off and had the girl curl it.

At the mall I got a lot of new clothes and couple pair of shoes.

Around 5 I was getting hungry so I went to Taco Bell. There was a couple of fans there that asked for pictures, but one little girl stood out. She was about 9 and had long brown hair with blue eyes.

"Matt really likes you." She told me.

"How do you know?"

"I've seen you guys before. The way he looks at you. I hope one day someone love me like he loves you."

"Someone will." I tell her.

Shawn's POV

Emily seems really stressed and I don't know why. I hope it's not because of me.

"Shawn?" Matt says.

"Yeah?"

"Take care her for me, please." Matt says.

"What? Who?"

"Emily."

"I'm not dating her."

"You will be soon, probably." He says starting to tear up. I think he likes her.

"I will"

"Thanks." He says walking away sadly.

Matts POV

"I'm going to the beach, see you guys later." I tell the guys.

"I'll come!" Jack G yelled.

"It's okay, I kind of want to be alone"

"Oh okay, if you need anything call me." Jack G said.

"Okay."

I want to be alone, kind of like Emily does. I miss home. I know I could go home anytime because it's a vacation, but I don't want anyone thinking depressed or anything.
